 Aug 2015 Kelley A Vinal
Sam WG
Your love spreads over me
Sun rays travel yellow like butter
Our thoughts wisp the airways
Hearts triple padlock knot together

Common traits fit a foot saddle
Silver slippers speak the truth
By first sunset we knew enough to know we can have it all
Rain patter drizzle ascends my roof

A spectrum stain on the sky
Soaked up and set in view
Must mean a monkey's birthday
Must mean I love love love you
pag-ibig
We shalt walketh down the aisle;
Frosted white rosette's
Ourn hair, to floweth wild.

Pag-ibig is love in Filipino tongue
Getting weathered,
Either into a mountain standing tall,
Or a valley in a crowd of mountains,
Am I the river defining roles,
Or the sea accumulating everything the land throws?
Sun
You are like the sun
Everyone basks under your reflection
Soaking up your warmth and affection
Without you,
the world would be
a very cold and bleak place to live
a world I wouldn’t want to know
Two humans, two halves
Distant but never alone
Worlds apart but embraced as one
Things will find a way to connect
Time will correct itself
We’ve just got to wait
One of these days you’ll find me
I'm waiting in anticipation
Our sparks will ignite
A flame will ignite at first touch
The flame that guides the way
It can’t be long now, other half
Counting down the days
until we’re whole again.
In your eyes
A fascinating insight
A window
For a soul of glass
A fragile heart
A delicate mind
Torn apart
One too many times
I am a bug
You are a garden
Just one more hug
And I’m in heaven

I am an island
You are a sea
Leaving me stunned
And no longer empty

I am a comet
You are a star
Missing you’s become a habit
That leaves me with a scar
