Another Day
Older
Another Day
Bolder

Women have it made
Queen of Sheba
In the shade

My hair
turning gray
Dyed to my natural color
A younger apperence
Old age
washed  away

Older are Older
The clock ticks
Fewer and Fewer
the men pick

The crazy things
I used to do and say
Are only memories,
fantasies of today

Older and Wiser
PERHAPS
Now I take
Sunday Naps
My birthday is on the 23rd this Saturday I look at the year intake stock and said resolution is rather late New Year’s how would I want to accomplish for this next year  I’ll be 58
When things are tough
and life seems like
an never ending challenge.
I ask for back up.
From... friends, my Guides, Higher Self,
and The Divine.

When things are difficult
and every minute gives little comfort.
I breathe deep and ask for help.
From...Mother Gia, Allies in Universal,
Family and my own Inner Wisdom.

When thing aren’t easy
and friends seem few.
I ask for help recalling
I am sacred, eternal, a gift and
carry the essence of love.
Second poem of day
At the dock of my dreams
I sit, WATCHING
morning sun rise.
Watching AS TIDE TAKES mind
away inside quiet time.

I watch as time floats away

No time wasted
no time taken for granted

I sit at dock
WATCHING tide divinely dance.
Watching as breath match waves
and change WAITS clvidid first
in mind then in heart.

I watch as bones rest.
I mediate roaming in a grateful mind

no time waisted
no visions taken for granted.

I sit at dock
no place I’d rather be
after roaming many a mile

I let self simmer into moment
I ready self for change to plant roots
so dreams flower

No time waisted
No reason not to smile.
Inspired by old song Sitting On The dock of bay
We are sliding toward
totalitarian rule.
Who will save us now?

Question - Why do you write so much pain?
Answer - Welcome to the club...

A broken hearts feel the pain and resonate
I found it easier to lie
To just smile
Pretending to be fine

Than to explain
What I truly feel
To people who won't listen
When they speak I listen, but if it's my turn they won't.
