It's passes like a moving car

I'm angry
Where's the grief? Where's the overstepped boundary? Or are you angry with yourself?

I'm upset
What saddened you?

I'm lost
Where do you need to be?
What do you need to do?

I have been rejected
I prefer the term redirected ...
Where do you feel abandoned?

They don't love me
Maybe you don't love you completely, or perhaps they don't love themselves.

I'm always used
Do you let yourself be?
Do you feel your worth??

I'm bullied
They are hurting and now so are you

I need someone to love me
Can't you start loving yourself?

I can't do that
Did you ever try?
Did you keep up the practice if you found it a little challenging?

I can't manage
You've coped so far

I'm damaged
You're in pain

I'm mental
We all have a brain

The world is a scary place
You have lived in fear mentality

Sometimes you just need a heart
To heart with yourself
Then all can become clear

Grey gloomy wet and dank
Weathers not many care to thank
It's a day indoors
To explore and ponder more in mind
Thinking about warm summers and blissful days left behind

The day change the mood
How we shift and move with the times
Sometimes in our groove other times stormy climbs
You feel battered as the rain as though nothing will change
Then at a huge surprise the wind and rain give way

Clouds begin to lighten
                             Move across to clear sky

Sun Ray's wide
Warming feeling from outside
Lifting us up within
A toast!

It can't rain

time

I faced another one of my demons last night I looked at it and sent it love from the heart. I could keep feeding it fear but I didn't want to. It felt like it was in need of comfort. It seemed alone.

You hit back to yourself when another causes irritation
This irritates me
I have to hear it you see
I want your Karma to be free
So I tell it back to your face
You then get irritated with me
And I with you
What to do

It was dusty in those display cases
The artefacts collecting dust
All cases shown to have pieces that tell a story of past
Broken bits, some pieces put back together or at least appearing that way
Some aged objects that really should be thrown away
Shiny treasures from precious times
Many torn fabrics worn and faded
Golden ornaments, which after time
can seem jaded
Simple tools that mean and make so much
Scattered sounveniers you just feel, no need to handle for touch
All these pieces come together as part of something more whole
Even the sections less inclined to want to see or know
A story of past life
A room with a view
Locked encased
Sweet sentiments and heavy paste
Works of innermost part
Central creations
A museum of my heart
Care taking occupation

Sometimes the words come from another place and through me and out  
Sometimes they come from the ego
This is from the ego
Or is it?

I would like the suffering to end but I've learnt so much in the shadows
Watching the air in the night makes me see it's alive
Once your eyes adjust it is never truly dark
The energy buzzes and dances
Lights often twinkle
Visions often form
Shapes align
Fear has pushed to the light
The light has brought me hope but sadness too
As the light has shone on all I do or do not do
The light dives deep into the subconscious sea plucking up fragments as a star lights view
The waters reflect its heat and it's warmth too
The sharpness blends into the ebbing flow rippling out across to land
The sea bed settles until
next

Prowling fiercely forward
Emerging from the undergrowth
Prey in sight
Eyes to hunt it down
Want the prize
Take it down
Teeth bite the carcass
Tasty and ripe
We are the hunters that will feast tonight

Circumstances and conditions have made us view the world in our way
Each views the scenery through the lens with their own perspective
We should try and remember this when making judgements
