Beyond the haze of life
There's a place where I roam
A place to the otherside
A space of spirit home
Colours vivid and bright
Animals wild and free
Tribes dancing chanting rituals rites
Healing takes it's throne
Deep into the unknown
I wonder completely
Visions shown

I feel you
I feel it all
I sense the inner knowing call
You don't need to speak I've seen
I've felt the vibrations from sacral deviation
It's hard to feel the buzzing circling sickening seal
Now I wait to feel so much more
Will you give it this time

Some times my soul sings out for safety

Swallowed the pills
Downed spirit from the bottle
Thrown myself in front of oncoming cars
Put self in destructive conditions
Self harmed
Self hated
Self loathed
Self scarred
Accepting whatever scraps were given making it my world
Hell became me
I had to face my demons just to be

You can see what you want from the outside
You don't know how someone is living in the inside

Big hearts masked by the dark

When did we lose our way

I have this way of putting barriers up
It's me but a little more pumped
Yes I can get excited I don't fight it
It's fun
Though I can hold my softer side hostage with a gun
Forcing it into a corner
In case the glass breaks and they run
You see I've let this sweet sensitive nature fly
It's been smacked down in the face causing it to hide
I'd like to let it out from time to time
I'd like to let it smell the roses from this fragrant garden of mine
Safely landing the butterfly

From the outside looking in
Observing
the parts that need healing
Insecurities blinking
An eye opening and closing
Loving myself as I am
Standing in the doorway

I am in the hurricane
Dancing Dancing once again
Dancing my steps when the thunder roars
Smashing the waves from bashing shores
Taking a bow
as the
storm applauds

You can stare menacingly at my third eye
But I can see you too
I feel you
I'm not scared of you
I'M NOT SCARED OF you

Mmmm... That honey sure tastes good
dripping off your fingers

Fire scorch to ash and ground
Pestle twist hammer and pound
Smooth the paste
Apply to wound
Work the ointment to the scar
Deep into the flesh
New skin forming
Growing with the sun
Breath approaching

I want what will never be mine
I want pollutes the mind
I want makes my heart break
I want all that I can take
I want to live with soulless cries
I want give nothing before I die
I want to receive all for me

Now I know why that cannot be

Burn me in your fire
Let the flames reach higher
Link our hearts from soulless desire
Spirit warming to our truth

I live in the divide between dark and light
I am split and joined by the bind
Oscillating lines
Some times merging with confusion
At other times nothing
Silence
The rest and the fears can pull us through
Dark can be a background to view
Showing us what effects have given us drive to do
That which has sent our minds askew
Pushing us into the blue
Light shining on the simplest grain
Highlighting our pleasures and pain
We are but two
Though we are one
Part of the trinity

I didn't see anything but his beauty


Despite what he saw in himself

Hands are cold
Feet won't warm
In bed covers form
In my mind the sun shines on

Compassion and love

Why can't we all be together
The people who want to love one another
Why can't we have a community of sharing caring connectivity
Can we live in harmony

It's a place too far or a state that's altered
Different places at different times
The differences can be understood
If we just try
We may find we all could love

Release stabbing stitch to the flame

Been ill for few months now
Losing my energy small moments per day
I have asked God to take me away if I am to go soon
I today surrendered
Not before putting on my leopard print pants
Well I had to make some effort
I'm still here at this time

I am scared of everything

Fear has been a big motivator
(I have to give it some credit)

I can't help my heart
I try I do
It loves strongly and breaks quickly

Light bodies circle forest ground

My hands are numb
Body weak
Eyes blurry and red

The strength is strong and I struggle to prolong easing defence
So I take the over counter tablets
I don't give myself too much penance
However like change of offence
Not saying it will work with flow
This time I held on and drank slow
Sips of peppermint
Did soothe and improve
I tried it again
