Question time
What if we do all this work and when you die there's nothing
Answer came
So if there is nothing you wouldn't be aware so there is nothing
If there isn't anything it wouldn't matter
There either is or there isn't
Plus the work you do is for you
Nothing wrong in wanting to improve
For self and others to be good and true

Body is a vessel vibrating with vibrant energy
In-between the dreams the feeling flows with me
Circuit of electricity
Current to air or sea

Black velvet lies
Golden promise and high reign in disguise
Of lost soul to dark ties
Don't be fooled by luxury
Could be fallen demise

My path is destined to be and end when it does
I now feel accepting of that
I'll die when I'm done

Never felt

Out of meditation I see something, an outline, small in size or crouching down on knee
faceless dark shape peering toward me
Into dreams, brother was there
In house not my own, but had a room to go
I could feel and saw something in one place
Then another in the room I was to stay, so couldn't sleep too scared to face
Restless dream something vague about dark creature roll unravel my way
Out of slumber I feel dream still has hold, won't drift away
Pressure on top
I can't move, but can feel
Warm heavy body weighted sinking deeper wrapping  arms around constraint
I sense dark nightly presence
Heart beats hard
Can hear it so loud wants to break out!
I still can't move only feel and know heart and breath
Hear it's breath to my ear
I cry out in fear
I bumble the Lord's Prayer
I cry out!  
God! God!!! God!!!!
Only faith in the Lord to answer
I feel it's teeth bite down into neck
Feeding like a cancer
I know I can move
Afraid to at first
Open eyes slow all I see is dark side
Move arm a little
Body wiggle
More a bit more
Muster up courage to look over cover
Just a blackened room
Turn on the light
Can still feel lingering teeth bite
Is that a mark?
So Hot!
It burns!  
Best turn out the light soon...
Up in few hours
money to earn
Strong enough to deal with this
It's been awhile since sleep paralysis and the enitities of fear have returned

Swirling well of sorrow inside the heart
Teeth clenched in pain and too angry to part
Don't even really know why I hold so much feeling
It'll loosen the grip soon
Fade out .....
......to begin again

Feeling blessed for each good day
To share these times I smile inside
As I know the winds can change
Live the moments
To feel alive
So grateful am I
Spirit
is
in
flight

I will
fall in the shadows
To rise
from your love

A room
usually
so full of people
How they feel and see
How they tread through with emotions as company
Bustling with energy so much to take in
Now abandoned left aside
No room for all these people
Mind is of own
Form shapes a steeple
More now
inclined to connect
with
spirit or self alone
Less noise
Open space
in
solitary
and
silence
