Only for the child does exist the school
Forgetting this, a teacher becomes a fool
He should always be very cool
And should never try autocratically to rule

A child is not a blank paper
He is the knowledge creator
And he/she is not an empty slate
But he/she is incredibly great

A teacher should never underestimate the child
And never believe his behaviour is so wild
A child is not an insignificant creature
He has got an inestimable bright future

Learning doesn’t happen by mere teaching
It happens by observing, experimenting
Meaning making, exploring and experiencing
A teacher shouldn’t resort to child’s fault finding

The frequency of the teacher and the taught must be the same
Then the teacher gets an unbelievable name and fame
The difference between teaching and learning gets lost
The language construction and knowledge creation becomes so vast
If I want to choose between violence and inaction
I will surely choose the former
because some action is better than inaction
If you don’t take the initiative
Somebody will take it
Non-initiation is so detrimental
when intellectuals keep quiet
the goons resort to nasty fight
silence is the most dreadful
What is real beauty? is difficult to define
We may find it if our manners are fine
You can see it even in a poor man’s sweat
Or in an innocent baby’s taking rest

Beauty is more inside than outside
External beauty may give us temporary delight
But internal beauty is the real light
It is soul’s inexpressible blissful plight

Beauty is not a thing of permanence
It’s a matter of mere relativity
It may lead us to excessive vanity
Real beauty lies in purity

Your body and mind should be pure
You will feel internal beauty for sure
You can see beauty in unselfish duty
God’s eternal duty is the only real beauty
Happiness is a state of mind
One can get it by only being kind
You may not get it in riches
But may find living near ditches

You can’t get happiness by enjoying yourself
But you can get it by extending others help
Real Happiness lies in contentment
It does not lie in unethical merriment

There is enough for every one’s need
But not for everybody’s greed
You should respect your neighbour
And help him with your possible labour

Our life on earth is a mystery
We should find a page in history
All of us will inevitably go far away
Only our good things will eternally stay

We should win some victory for humanity
Only that makes us go near divinity
We may not be great men of charity
But on the poor and the needy we should take pity
Like an ant which dies
When it bites a man
You will die the moment
You write a poem

The ant doesn’t live again
But you live in the heart
And soul of  us when
we read your poem

Like God your poem
Is an abstract idea
Rather than a concrete thing
we interpret IT in our own way

You wipe out our tears,
console our fears
incite ,ignite, instruct
delight and even confuse us

Like Jesus rose from the dead
You rise again and again
In the human intellect
And live for posterity and eternity
