I went back
to the same watering hole
to catch a pint,
check in on the boys & gals
& everyone I knew
was gone.

Sure, the faces had changed,
but everything else
was the same.

Drunken stupor-talk
& cat calls.
Someone was crawling
on the dance floor,
the restrooms
smelled like *****.

I drank my pint
then quickly left
wondering where
everybody went
& glad they weren't there.
Jonny Angel May 2015
The sweet fragrance of java
wafts gloriously
through my kitchen.
O wondrous Joe!
You are indeed,
a tasty hot elixir,
some sprinkled
with cream
and sugar,
sent to us
from
the gods
of the bean.
Jonny Angel Mar 2014
O yes Sweet Miss,
smother me
with your rare kisses
& slide slowly
onto a piece
of my tender heart.

O yes Sweet Miss,
render me defenseless,
let me
embrace
your magic,
impart
deep inside you
my fiery-soul,
become whole
with your universe.

O yes Sweet Miss,
you are.
Jonny Angel Apr 2015
O you pretty people
dancing
so wildly,
so seductively,
very drunkenly
under those artificial
strobe lights
in the city
that wants to ***** you
in that brand new
sports car
and g-string.

O you pretty people come
outside to the country
and drum circle
with us
in the labyrinth
to the cosmic-beat
under the real moonlight
in your bare feet
and ankle flowers.

O you pretty people,
do you hear the copper bells ring...
can you sing me a true love-tune?
Have we forgotten these things...
Jonny Angel Mar 2014
Pablo used to tell me
stories about people
disappearing
in the middle of the night,
being ***** & pillaged,
cut up for body-parts.

And I used to think
he was just
a crazy old Latin man,
'till I perused
the ******
eyewitness accounts
of the horrors
he must have endured.

They left me reflective,
sickened
& wondering why
we think
we have it so rough.
Jonny Angel Mar 2014
There is no more pain,
the sky has fallen
so many times,
like the final scene
of an epic play,
a curtain call
raised up again
to fall,
bowing out
to your addiction,
'till the next time
the glue of your heart fails
to reach the stars
& you cry alligators.
Jonny Angel Aug 2014
They lived an eternity,
carved names in the alders
& listened to raindrops
fill the oaken barrels.
The want of tobacco drove them
to the brink of insanity.
And now, we understand
the meaning of hardship,
'cause they stole his dog.
Patience.
Patience.
Patience.
They celebrated
the coming
of the full moon
on the bitter roots
& disappeared forever.
This I know.
I was with them.
Can't sleep.......!
Jonny Angel Apr 2015
We swallowed
anejo and the worm,
walked train-like
through the crowd
outside
into
the splendor
of splashed-stars.

And under
the bloodsucker net,
in between
the pentagram candles,
we made the sweetest love
in the universe,
you and I
found paradise,
so sacred.
Jonny Angel Mar 2014
Frolicking in wild flowers,
I peek up from the valley
to watch
your trembling,
to see
your twins erupting,
to feel
the ground shake
beneath me.

Your flow is magnificent,
you spew abundantly,
a steady stream
of liquid rock.
Extremely hot
& sizzling
it melts glacial-ice,
releases steam
all around, the sound
of loud hissing.

I sip,
swallow
molten lava
in violent
glorious waves,
receive God's
delicious ******.

Witnessing
your beautiful-explosions
kissing clouds
is so nice,
very satisfying,
it makes me lick my lips.
I woke up in the middle of the night dreaming of volcanoes!
Jonny Angel Jul 2014
She felt the unknown hand
linger longer
than it should have,
up under her skirt,
sliding past her lace.

She could not catch his face,
the blinding light
made him invisible
& the room was swirling
to heavy bass.

But regardless,
he was gone in a flash,
the only trace
he left
was her weak knees
& strangely,
a curious smile
biting her lip.
Jonny Angel Dec 2013
The low hum
accentuates the pain,
needling vibrancy,
vivid-hues,
grafting stories
& inked impressions,
etched onto
your sweet-skin.

Such memories
& hurtful reminders
are told in cracked
kaleidoscope-colors,
bright dermis-murals
of your broken dreams
screaming for release,
remembering the beauty
of your heart,
now made warm
with skin-art.
Jonny Angel May 2015
Miles of ocean
stretched out behind her
reflecting the perfect amount of light
off her golden hair.
Bright pastel crystal ice-eyes
revealed her inner soul,
she didn't know it,
I watched her taste-test
every single sudsy-brew she poured.
Everyone else seemed oblivious,
hypnotized by the live oldies.
And as the sun sank lower west,
I got the feeling my journey
to this party spot
had been part of a larger quest,
created by the ancient maker
of the billion stars
that twinkled above us.
For we wore matching bandanas,
certainly it was a sign,
one of the finest moments ever.
We got to at least kiss & delve
into so much more
which eventually
was washed
away by the surf,
erased from Father time.
Jonny Angel Apr 2014
Nobody walks in the same shoes,
for some are beaten,
moth-holed & battered,
others remain,
look shiny & new
& to judge the pair
of another single human being,
is to play make-believe,
arrogant & haughty.

And by sacred-traditions,
that's a naughty thing to do.
So the proverb remains true,
never judge the shoes of another
or you might end up barefoot
& *******.
Jonny Angel Apr 2014
I was going downward
into the box canyon,
meandering
toward the ancient-ruins.

Floating along
in a dream-state,
I was lost in another world,
heading to a secret place
time had forgotten
when I passed her
scuttling upward,
carrying
a heavy basket
on her crooked back.

The grizzled lines
on her brown face
ran crisscross,
deep furrows of anguish
to match her
toothless-grimace.
They told me things
most people would
never understand.

Her angry eyes
were dark sparks,
they burned holes
into my heart
I will never forget.
Jonny Angel Feb 2015
I always thought
it was
a beast inside
me
wandering
to and fro
devouring
lust,
soothing
thrusts,
craving
this desire
I feast,
I must
take
you.
Jonny Angel Feb 2014
In hiding
we cry
for a release
from the mundane,
with visions of greener grasses,
a better other side
beyond the thin veil
& with our remote dreams
tasting like anxiety
stuck in a throats,
we wrote poetry.
Jonny Angel May 2014
Thoughts of you
linger in my mind
as you count the pathways
to your heart,
sifting through sensations
to meet the demands
of your fiery-wantonness
& in order to fulfill
a simple act
of lovingkindness,
I want to taste your fingers.
Jonny Angel Feb 2014
He did it,
he finally cracked their code,
he deciphered the mysteries,
& they said it couldn’t be done.

Thanks
but no thanks
was the message
he etched into the stone
of their craven hearts.
Jonny Angel Dec 2013
The crows cawed to us
through the ancient-forest,
a chilling revelation.
As icy-mist settled on the lush green,
you disappeared into the blackness,
traces of your fragrance trailed
behind you in waves.

I screamed in desperation,
I can’t be alone,
I can’t leave you
like me
pained,
paying dues
from the beginning
of our childhood memories.

I fell to my knees,
cried for you,
you are my only love
Darling,
save me,
I’m not asking for anything from you,
my fingers are raised in a V,
peace come back to me…
Jonny Angel Jun 2014
There's a dead silence
surrounding me
& I see the babes hanging,
all of them girls,
they lie on surfboards,
trapped for an eternity
& under the mist of a cool jade,
I spot my ruination day,
the winged serpent
with her eyes made of pearls.
Jonny Angel Mar 2014
Rain splatters
against the window pane
during these early hours,
I hear the wind whispering outside,
trailing through the tall pines,
the way it did on our summer walks
& all I can think about
are your glistening pebbles &
the cobwebs we used
to play with.
We had the power
to change the universe,
and occasionally we did,
on summer walks
& during rainstorms,
like the one I hear,
am listening to
this very moment.
Jonny Angel Jan 2014
Passing judgment is subjective,
it’s in the eyes of the beholder.
You know it, don’t do it.
It goes something like you point a finger at someone
& they're four pointing back at you.
Like who makes anyone a judge & jury?
That’s right, arrogance.
It’s usually themselves,
spilling volumes about how righteous they are.
They’re what some label a smokescreen character,
a ******* flimflam artist,
holier than thou, you know the type.
They wouldn’t last ten seconds in a firefight.

Bottom line: trust no one, not even yourself.
I saw family members
give up their relatives
to make a buck.
That’s right, greenbacks.
A regular family-affair.
Imagine selling out blood for paper.
We called it a war on terror.
They called it Jihad.
It didn’t matter what anybody called it.
There was no God involved.
Just human nature & people pointing fingers.
The same old show,
the same old ****,
dogs & ponies
one upping each other.
Jonny Angel Apr 2014
I saw an ancient-field
where people played,
a place where the losers
lost their heads
& they told me
those were cultured-peoples.

I tried to imagine
how frightened
the players must had been
knowing.
It's weird,
not much has changed
since then.
Jonny Angel May 2014
I'm a pepper ******,
from the mild
to nuclear,
I'll eat them all.

BBQ chicken wings,
roast pork,
baked stork
& tacos,
just pile up the
jalapeños,
ghost pepper,
maye a habanero or two.

All my kin
know how delicious
thay are going down
& how fiery
they are coming out.

But no matter,
I don't care about
the bewares
& shout for more
of those hot
mouth-watering
stemmed
explosive gems.
Jonny Angel May 2015
She was perfect,
meticulous
with her bebop hairdo,
nails manicured,
her precious feet
neatly fitted
into her wedge
flip-flops.
Jesus, a one-piece French-cut,
the see-thru kind!
She blew my mind.
That's the way
it's supposed to be.
I counted every single
grain of sand
stuck
in between
her pretty toes,
she was perfect.
Jonny Angel Sep 2014
I want to put my fingers
in your soil,
sift until you're ready
to be planted
deeply &
I will lift you up,
drop my precious seed,
rooted into your sweet furrows.
Jonny Angel Jul 2014
Java is percolating
in the Bunn,
it's fragrance is
filling the countryside,
and as usual,
I'm on the run.

But this morning,
I feel different.
think I'm going
to slow things down a bit
& try to have a little more fun.

Some more ziplining ought to do it,
but first,
I'm going to guzzle this coffee,
quench this never ending thirst!
Jonny Angel May 2015
I want to be,
I want to be
your personal snail,
slither my tongue
up your spine,
so divine you are
as I cover,
I kiss,
every nook and cranny,
both elbows and knees,
the back and front
of your neck.
Geez,
down I slide
in between your
delicious *******,
then all the way
around
to your pool.
And there
refreshed,
I begin
to leave my trail
up
your gorgeous back,
shell-less
again.
Jonny Angel Dec 2013
O Darling,
let me travel,
ride high,
caravan
aross your succulent-skin
painted-beautiful,
wander  in the spirit
of your eternal soul.

So bright & vivid,
some of it plain India,
I am as a camel on the dunes
of an endless desert,
thirsty to be part of you,
lost in the pictures
of your eternal soul.
Jonny Angel May 2015
I came home
with all my fingers & toes
fully connected.
Still I can't put
a single finger
on what I lost
in that zone.
Dunno,
but I can feel it,
disconnected,
pieces of my brain
gone
inside
a fully intact
cranium.
Jonny Angel Sep 2014
Like a red drippy stripe,
you twirl,
spin & gyrate,
gripping & kicking,
rubbing the y
for sheckles.
Rolled up like fat cigars,
you stretch elastic
listening to cat calls,
hearing your stage-name
as beer-smells waft,
mixed with sweat,
raw pheromones
& ****** tunes.
Jonny Angel Dec 2013
You looked stunning,
all dolled up,
dressed to to the hilt
at dinner tonight.
Your dress fit you
stunningly,
it left nothing to
my imagination.

It's the thought
of tasting you
that created such
an intense appetite with me,
not your pretty little toes
all painted pink
that makes me hungry.

And though I like your toes,
I thought you should know,
I love something pinker better.
It is the ultimate meal,
gives me
the sweetest-satisfaction.
You?
Jonny Angel May 2014
I want to be just like Pan,
dance wildly in the woods,
hang with nymphs,
make love
& have fun.
Jonny Angel Dec 2013
Locked love-connection
Enjoy each others senses
Sweetest connection
Jonny Angel Jul 2014
Endless rows of corrugated walls surround me
& here I sit at a stainless steel table,
listening to piped percussion
& answering a script of mindless questions
as if I'm ******* crazy.
When I think about it,
it would be awesome to stand up
& **** in this guy's mouth.
If that thought makes me crazy,
then I'm a stark raving
mad lunatic.
Jonny Angel Dec 2013
O the mustangs stung like mosquitoes,
fast as lightning & thunderbolts,
liberators & fortresses,
hurricanes & tornadoes,
hell cats & bears,
invaders & dragons,
good grief Lord,
those mighty Gordons!

O wily foxes & quick lancers,
avengers & vindicators,
swordfish, barracuda,
some tuna, albacore.
Gladiators in the gauntlet,
zig-zagging & spitting fire,
spewing molten hot-lead,
bright-tracers in the night,
forever fighting
with their all their might,
bombing their daylights out
and into submission,
la morte, stone dead.

O they sank the Rising Sun,
'cause they had that *****,
battling against all wrong
& protecting only
what was right!
Jonny Angel Mar 2014
Millions meet
without greetings,
shuttling to & fro,
destinations unknown,
day after day,
night after night
departing & arriving,
cubicles,
seat upon seat,
sore feet
& tired eyes,
circadian.
Jonny Angel Jan 2014
Violin background
I feel my sad heart broken
& her cold silence
Jonny Angel May 2014
You know little darling,
I love to play cop
& you,
such a lovely dish,
spread up
against the wall,
your ******* dropped,
do relish
my tender search,
me touching you,
with two
of the finest.
Jonny Angel Jul 2014
They wanted to play
with the big boys,
had kicked out the locals
and occupied their houses.
So what the hell,
we first called
in the eight-inch guns
to start the game,
then asked the Apaches
to take out some trees,
but not before Specter
leveled some buildings
with the drone.
We leveled an entire village
and destroyed a whole hillside.
Whoever was hiding
wasn't hiding anymore.

Lesson: Be careful who you play with.
Jonny Angel Sep 2014
I have spilled endless words,
reconfigured them in different ways,
trying to explain this existence,
things like love
& heartbreak
& these raw
intense
moments
that never go away.
So I'll try
crying out your name,
play kissing you,
alone in the dark
& wonder
if you feel me,
yet again.
Jonny Angel Jul 2014
I'm going to start a trend when I get back home,
gonna need a Vespa and a beret and bigger *****
to scoot around the drivers back there.
They don't care about nobody but themselves.
But maybe I can change the world
or at least some nasty driving habits
with my new persona,
it's worth a try anyways,
gonna play like a madman.
Jonny Angel Dec 2013
For let us once
uncloak ourselves,
take this seriousness off.
As if the world would end
on such a missing note.
Just one less frantic tune
to complete the symphony.
Surely one might miss the piccolo
or an oboe, but in the greater scheme,
the concert will go on,
without or without
one missing serious-instrument.

So, strum on
in a vibrant key,
let yourself go
from all your troubles.
Play an uninhibited harmony,
blow a sweeter tune,
one of gaiety,
one of lightheartedness,
one of gentle tenderness!

For fellow word-musicians,
this composition
is much too short,
to play out of tune
most of the time,
as well.
Jonny Angel Jan 2014
You're so prim
& so ladylike,
somehow,
I know you're a sweet-devil.

O you devilish-girl,
please stand above me tall
& lower your flower.
Let me feed on your nectar,
fill my wanton-mouth
with your sweetness.

O how I want to look up
to see my results,
so rock-hard & pointed,
proof-positive
my tongue is working
properly
to receive your rush.
Jonny Angel May 2015
It is peaceful here
in the meadow
outside your gate,
the zebras gather
& float between the ferns,
hues of jade & malachite.
I hear the lone Nightingale
deep in the bush
a **** does crow
& I am spellbound,
held breathless
by your nakedness,
my vision.
Jonny Angel Mar 2014
O sweetness,
when you hold me like that
in my dreams,
the loneliness
of this empty room
is palpable & your kisses
seem more real,
truly delicious.

O please darling,
please continue,
please kiss the air,
my broken heart needs it &
I still believe in the magic
of your tender lips.
Jonny Angel Aug 2014
O Darling,
please
tell me
you love me
like no other
without
crossing your fingers.
Jonny Angel Dec 2013
Poems are snippets,
pieces of memories,
deep emotions,
lost chances,
broken hearts,
exuberant romances,
scar tissue in words,
happy endings,
new beginnings and lots
of other interesting things
written by real people.
Jonny Angel Apr 2014
She's complicated,
so serious but nice,
she loves them epics
& long ballads
& me,
I'm not nearly
as complex,
somewhat delirious,
maybe a bit
more lighthearted.
I like a funny limerick,
even a haiku will suffice.
Jonny Angel Aug 2014
O Darling Poetess,
I wish you could see
your profound effect on me.
The way you blend
your saucy words
is so heavenly.

I grip myself
imagining you,
pressing into your
descriptive stanzas,
flowing so beautifully
to a sacred rhythm.

From every angle
I ****** skyward
into your fiery-meaning,
feel your every breath,
every beat of your wanton heart.
I kiss your diatribe
& lick your curves,
building to a crescendo,
& fantasize deeply,
visualizing your pretty arched back,
I fill the empty space
with warm velvet.

Rosy cheek to rosy cheek,
our faces go flush
& in the hushed silence
of my empty room,
I see the same full moon
you do & write
my own verse,
just for you.
