with others and be a true friend

Distinguish between what is
important and the glitter
knowing it is easy to forget
and the temptations for glitter
seem always to be there and
realize that we all have the
strength to endure the
misfortunes of others and
when you are hurting and
confused, have the courage to
share that hurt with your loved
ones so that they may be
supportive.

Bury all bitter and unkind
thoughts and free yourself from
self-pity knowing that the love
within you is replenished as you
give love to others and when
your words and deeds contradict
each other, be aware of it and
don't be so quick to see faults in
others and have the courage to
shed those faults knowing that
time is all we have-savor it not
save it.

Clouds making love in the Kansas skies above,
thundering  moans  filling  the  sky,  the  Sun
stroking the moon  softly under  the cover of
darkness placing rainbows in your eyes.

I place stars around your body, a constellation
to remind you that the shining of my love
will never die. "My beloved" I said, "let us
*** together and soak our earthly bed." Lets
be silent and say more flowers shall bloom
beneath us. "Say no more." Let the wetness
of our love pour.

My thoughts find you in your reverie, content
to sit  in silence and  listen  to your  dream
landscapes full of adventure and pure love,
unadulterated lust,  romantic  and alluring.

My soul feels yours and you know me. I want
to utter calm to your chaos but I get caught up

Take my clothes off one piece at a time.
Start where you wish, but do not stop
until there is nothing but ache between
us. It is amazing how manageable life
can be with only  one blanket  and  the
right two arms.

Why ever you wandered into this little
life of mine, how ever you found me, it
matters  not. Forget the way you  came,
I never want you to go back again and I
think it was the feeling of you that  told  
me  you  were  it.

Because I've felt many things in my life,
and  somehow, no  matter how great,  I
knew I could live without it.  Until I felt
you. There was something inside of me
that wouldn't let go. Not  just the feel of
you, but  the feel  I  had of myself.

I  promise  you I will  try harder  to  do
better. I have battled with things inside  
of  me  for longer  than  you know; I do
not  know  what  they  are or  why they
are  there, I  only  know  that  they  feel
manageable, and can be defeated when
I am around you.

In a house where the world is dark. love
will always find a way to create windows
and I  just  hope  it  is  freedom  you  feel,

Looking out at the road

                            have  an   effect

                how manageable

               can feel
