The Girl Who Loves You

It's like shooting stars in your eyes,
I could make a wish on you all day.
Your pupils have a comfort only found in my dreams
and the space behind is a galaxy of time
           I'd gladly get lost in.
In essence, your eyes are my infinity.
An endless pool of peace and love that I was so graciously born into,
     have happily lived through
          and will peacefully die in.

I can see where love in loves wisdom
was always watching over me-
more, was conspiring for my good

and I can see that where I knew I was not loved-
not accepted for who I was
love was always leading me on

I can see that in the midst of my confusion
-where I knew I was not free
love was still planting love in my heart

And I can see that this love
even within my despair
let itself be known to me.

The one I love

I wait patiently for the one
I can one day call mine.
And be able to give her all my time,
And be able to share my dreams with her,
And be able to laugh with her,
And be able to cry with her,
And be able to be called hers'.

I want her to be proud to call me hers'.
I want her to be proud to say my name.
I want her to be proud for who I am.
I want her to be proud for having the ability to stay with me forever.

How great would it be to never leave each other's side.
How great would it to be to feel each other's love no matter how far apart we are.
How great would it be to dream the same dream.
How great would it be for you and me to be together.

I want to live with the one I love for the rest of my life.
