Worrisome for the services rendered,
where compromise rumble on guard,
Some hearts ran,
Some eyes stood,
And yet worries had my joy deferred.

Cloudy Heart
I see every constellation
twinkle in your eyes
I see every galaxy
pour out of your smile
I hear every shooting star
fall from your perfect voice
I feel every bit of peace
when I'm looking at my universe

A trip to the inchworms outdoors
Let's look at the big , puffy clouds
It's a cat, it's a dog, it's a bird
It's my grandiose illusion
Yea, I agree maybe it's absurd
It's been a long offbeat trip
Socializing and trying to feel adequate

I keep on fighting, holding on tight
Looking for life's purpose
But I can't help to think I'm battling a curse
I say it's all in my mind
My thoughts are my energy
Quickly feelings change
Colors become vivid and intense
People seem happy and chipper
Yet the cycling is never ending
Winter, spring, summer, fall
Until I am barely able to walk
My body slumps into a crawl
The tears in my eyes
The tightness in my chest
I knew this was going to happen
I could have only guessed

But it's ok, the days will get bright again
And the sun will shine again
Knowing that I keep my spirits high
I have conquered so many demons and won
My life is far from being done
I will succeed
I am a fighter, I have fought this far
I will not surrender
Mental illness.. I Declare War !!!!!!

There are secrets buried in the freckles on your elbow.
Stories, memories, dreams
All interwoven with epithelial cells and sunlight.

When I first realized I loved you
I found myself captivated by essence of star you carried in your skin
Like Sirius, embodied.
But now that my eyes have adjusted to your brilliance,
I instead ponder the depths of the tales each freckle could tell.
You are endless, intricate, effervescent man, you
Are your own night sky of constellations.

Tell me a story?
A love poem. Happy birthday, handsome.
This routine moon
Spells my doom
When it's a dragon's tail
Of a day that's failed
Like the rays that bailed
My time turned stale
When the moon kept appearing
Like the echoes I'm hearing
When I wake in the morning
To see the same plot forming
I try to escape back to sleep
For the repetition makes me weep
And curse the indifferent heavens
While waiting on my lucky sevens
To get me out of a life so mundane
I feel the constant need to switch lanes
But the routine moon haunts from above
When the routine life is missing all love

Let me

                     (Breathe myself into wind.

                            Sink until I’m water.

Lay, for to dust I will return.

                                                  Then I can)

stretch myself into your bones.
I promise to keep you together.
It’s been a long time coming
The day is finally here
My day
A day I’m not sharing

Everyone is here for me
Well for us
My day
A day I feel special

My name is on everyone’s lips
Well our names
My day
A day I will always remember

I am dancing away my sorrows
Happy to start my forever
My day
A day I bear a new name

I am crying tears of joy
Looking around in awe
My day
A day I feel happiest

All my friends are here
To stare and wish me well
My day
A day I look the prettiest

I’m happy I found you
I can’t stop smiling
My day
A day I have no worries

Two have become one
I’m glad I chose you
Our day
A day we get our happily ever after
