I see spring blooming
Quietly she's tip toeing
Planting her flowers

Why do some of us
write and others don't , I'd love
to know the answer

Sparrow on a step
Gets brave after a rain pour
Love is the best path

Sheeting furniture
To avoid splashes of paint
I made lots of ghosts

I tuck my words to
bed with a fluffy blanket
and sometimes they snore

The sea water is
so salty it healed my cracks
on my worn out heels

I saw a mouse in
a hat on the stairs smoking
a big fat cigar

I rubbed my eyes to
look again and it sang 'I'm
forever blowing

bubbles'  , I sighed and
blamed my alcohol intake
Now where's the coffee!!

well good thing is she
is back home in her fresh new
painted grey bedroom

One wall papered with
a white snowy background
splashed with glitter

I bought some sweet red
flowers that light up which she twirled to her bedstairs

smooth scented candles
lie across her window sill
with empty frame

I must go chemist
to print off a photo of
our dear labodor

his now in heaven
but she loved him plenty, she
will love his photo

white stars hang from her
wall like a starry night
to help her sleep well

hair dryer on floor
her dinner plate collects a
green makeover

a bundle of clothes
******* up in the corner
like hunps in a road

her anger still there
never knowing her mood swing
can be quite daunting

Yet I argue with
her but the park rescues me
with a pond of ducks

I collect my thoughts
together,  breathe in slowly
to calm my own mood

the park bench I sit
on is full of winters cold chill
trees look ghostly

her heart is lovely
she's just finding her way
and I'm just her mum

each week she improves
the change in her since last year
as been amazing

hoping soon she'll get
a job to really build up
her confidence

her intake on
cannibis is slowing down
her smile is smiling

but for now , time will
take its time , and i will
just keep on loving her

Little white fluffy
softness,  where do you come from
I see you flying

Running through forest
A little grey squirrel brings
Magic to life

Fluffy clouds float by
Many change into faces
People everywhere

So long farewell my
words are too happy to share
I'm at peace inside

Sprinkling oxo
I thought of heaven , so I
smiled and ate dinner

In the last few weeks
Hospital appointments bloomed
I felt like a nurse

My children need scans
Tonsils needed removing
Bad back injures

Blood pressure too high
24 hour monitor
Just kept on bleeping

No more salt intake
So does that mean no more sea!
Cause it too salty :)

The hospital was
always packed reminding me
of a busy mall

Some patients in robes
Some in wheel chairs , doctors seem
to be everywhere

Receptionists smile
So many different exits
It's like a big maze

Least it's all sorted
Got the ball rolling for Health
Tis most important

They even had a
costa coffee , my heart jumped
with a cheeky grin

Yeap..hot chocolate
Cumberland sausage sandwich with
caramelised onion!!

Whoever idea
it was to put a costa
coffee there..thumbs up

Wow..fingers cross there
me no more hospital check
ups for a while

As I venture out
The trees are still vibrant green
With few leaves on ground

The sun is beaming
The sky is simply lovely
Cars drive on by

Here comes the red bus
Only a few stops then I'm home
To lazy to walk

Winter days looming
With summer days now gone
I feel like autumn

Today I want to
wear my summer flip flops but
Winter won't let me

Through a small window
I see a tree and day sky
Ism't life lovely

I went out today
And it is so cold outside
I looked liked Rudolf

Opening his hand
God blew butterflies to earth
To make us all smile

circle but outside stars float
and giraffes walk in peace

Spying from distance
Waiting for the right moment
A parking ticket!!!

Teardrops glistening
Each one releasing heartache
A rainbow blossoms

Meeting up with friends
Having a fabulous night
Eating and drinking

Bikes leaned against garden shed
Puddles everywhere

okay so my diet
as totally gone out the door
and I doubt it be back

how can I resist
savaloy and chips sprinkled
with specks of sea salt

and let's not forget
the vinegar , o yums my
taste buds goes manic

so me and Dean sit
down on sofa and the only
sound we hear is ''chomp'

yes it was a
moment of happiness
scrumptiously divine

now we both bloated
and cannot move , both our
bellies are smiling

A Moorhan walks by
and poops , **** happens sometimes
But that's life for you
