They were under intense heat,not of the sun but of each other

He said to her
"These are our kissing moments"

But she replied

"No,its more than that its when our souls touch"
Everyone's lying
But nobody is listening,
Coins glimmer and shine;

The truth still glistens
At dawn over crop fields,
Sunlit canopies.

Nature prevails
To show us our failures,
Yet, mankind squabbles.

The death toll rises
And nothing ever changes;
We don't have the time.

Keep spinning the wheel,
The sunset brings shade.
Only the truly blind can find peace
in the eye of the storm, our bubble of bliss.

"Who calls their child wallace"

"The same"

"The same what?"

"The same sort of people that called you a blessing when you were born"
This isn't a poem obviously but it was a really random thought I wanted to get out there

He tried to fix her
But she broke him too
