The tears took no break
for though the light hits
the rainbow never sits

The dark  finally hugged me
took my tears for sweat
for it was life vs me
and I lost the bet

Paint me in your canvas
remind the brush my demeanour
the palette, my shade
for I love your world,where
the pain loves to fade

Never kiss or touch me
keep them few

Never want to hold me
till it’s true

Never give me anything
unless it’s you

Never say I love you
till you do

The distance burns me
my skin misses yours
I'm suffocated
for none of it goes
'as postulated'

The distance burns me
for every tear you betray
and for every element of comfort
upon you, I'm unable to lay

The distance burns me
for in reality,
it isn't my only enemy

The distance burns me
but the distance could never stop this poet
from composing her beloved
yet another rhapsody

Your birth marked the death
of the 'endless' pain
The cries of the evil
subdued, they went to vain

My joy was born
with your very first cry
with you, 'my joy' was immortal
swore to never die

So, if death takes you
I shall follow thee
for without you,
I sink, even in the shallowest sea

The air smiles
for every breath you take
The ears tingle
for a mere sound you make
The brain rewinds
all that you are
for the poor heart's sake

But the words tremble
like the stream of a lake
for they could never describe thee
for thee, the cure to the venom
of every poison filled snake
