When you can see the unspoken and hear what can’t be seen , your soul dances to songs never written  before.

As I sat outside on this cold winters eve ,
Up to the sky travels my eye
The stars they do hide
But I’m not sure why
Then alone just like me
A snowflake it does glide
It tickles my nose
On its way by
I smile and watch
As it plays in the wind
Then after it’s done
To my cheek it lays rest
And as the tear it became
I heard Andrea’s name

Life is good for a once in a lifetime experience.

My hopes have faded
Like the dew in the sun
My vision has been washed away in tears .
Like sand on the beach, from the out going tide.
My strength is lost
Like an unmarked tree in the forest
My soul bleeds out
Like the the dye of a new garment
And yet I walk , talk and live
As normal as rain is wet

We did so much together, but when her time came to enter  through heavens doors , I was stopped. As she walk through the doors I watched the softess glowing white feathered wings form upon her back , and a glistening halo of gold instantly appeared , floating above her head , just as she floated into the majestic kingdom. As she turn to face me one last time , I saw my friend, the way she used be , before the ALS ravaged her body and soul. I saw not one sign of pain and no tears falling , but a smile of love and pure peace

My best friend ever passed away August 29th. I am glad she suffers no more but at the same time I am broke into.

I really don’t know what to say.
She is going to tell me is dying
My words are  stuck in my throat
And my tongue is tied in knots
I really don’t know what to say

ALS has grabbed her body
To the point of no return
She’s my buddy, she’s my friend
The only one I chose to trust
I really don’t know what to say
