As I cry in the
December rain
I'm saddened by
My lonely pain
I'm alone again
No family
No friends
My heart is
Full of heartache
I cannot take
The pain no more
But don't cry for me
As I weep in the rain I see
I'm crying in the rain
Children asleep
Staying warm
Away from my pain
O I'm cold and hurt
In the December rain
O I truly wish
I truly wish
I could only stay warm
In the cold
December rain.

December Rain
I'm the kind of guy that likes to lay in the grass
and stare at the sky
no matter what time of day it is,

I let my mind wander to far off places,
I think about the things that are the most beautiful to me,
the starry night sky,
a thunderous rain storm,
the eyes of a woman,

These thoughts loom in my mind for hours upon hours,
thoughts of adventure,
thoughts of love, of passion,
I fashion day dreams & fantasies in my imagination,
and I revel in the aesthetic pleasure
of these realities in my mind.
It blows and claps
limbs begin to crack
It smokes and cries
the water can't be held back

It shakes and groans
the hills implode
You cry and scream
the place which was once your serenity

Raven
We run with flames in our hearts
in our hands
in our voices
in the lands,
We stand on the rocks letting people know that
we are here
that we don't stand for us
that we stand for them
we've—been here
we've—slept here
we've—loved the soil
every inch of its worth—here.
And to think that we'd step off our Rock, now?
For every one of us that They knock down
They exude monsters out of the cracks in Their teeth
laughter roars
money pours
They've created unspeakable wars
Let us be.
She walks on water
Her ripples echo, become
The waves of my life
