Of all the misery and happiness that I have gone through my life,
it seems that the time is the only aspect that still fetters me to this life...
even a light cannot escape the time and it travels through the time...
If I **** the time which holds the life and universe together,
I would transcend this life..
It would illuminate my life and pave me the way to that constant experiential state of divine...

The World Unseen

Do you know the world unseen?
The one that every human being
Takes for granted every day
As they go about their work or play

For I speak of things like morning mist
The flower in the breeze that twists
The way some clouds evaporate
Or that flake of rust on the old front gate
The struggling mum who needs a rest
The logo on her child’s vest
The smile that means “I noticed you”
A kiss that’s meant for no one’s view

For all these things are here to see
Yet focussed minds just cannot be
Sensitive to all that’s there
For overload would bring to bear
Such cacophony of life’s rich vein
That most just choose to see the same.

The exceptions, friends, are me and you
Who take the time, like poets do.

I know
once I was just like you
I was young and furious too
the world was too much
everyone made you feel
so hopeless, you think you could ****
I know exactly
how you feel

And now here we are -
I have come into your space, your cell;
gates and doors
yield to my fingers, if you must know
(always good with my hands,
good with my teeth)

And we are here
each against one's wall -
and each wants to know
who is responsible
for this mess
Who made all this?
Who was insane to give us all this?
It was a mad God
or a meaningless universe –
either way, there is no responsibility

You and I are agreed

Here we are
each against one's wall
considering who will eat who...

Chasing the Sun

Yesterday saw us through in a stroll
Unaware of the marathon we've begun.
By day's end we found ourselves bearing future's toll
Realised we were in it to secure today's sun.

Today saw us slightly worn thin
Indulgent naïveté in this marathon we've begun.
Into each other's strengths we lean
Hoping to see the end in tomorrow's sun.

Tomorrow may see us out in the cold
We may not be done with this marathon we've begun.
At opposite poles save for the binds that hold
But still planting hope in future's sun.

The future might see each breath to be drawn
In this marathon we've begun.
Only to be swallowed by each new dawn
Inadvertently still chasing the sun.
Inspired by Sara Bareilles' "Chasing the Sun".
One can only hope for a brighter tomorrow.

self doubt

Chris
Creeping in the crannies of every corner
Slowly casting its shadow onto me
Taking control in every aspect
A self doubt holds onto the reins of my life
Refusing to let me be me
Forming a shell around what was me
It is my enemy and yet it fools me into friendship
Either I will realize that we are enemies
Or I will be stuck in the seductive trance of a friend
Not too sure

Like magic or magnets
    an image representation
to plot a texture map
    to get the smoothness
it is good to set the proper
    VertexNormals,
She is gorgeous
     wrapped around a cylinder,
I can so manipulate,
     into a Graphics Complex
into a graphic primitive
     into a sphere revolving
around me.
