GRIEF

When someone you love dieS
It’s like running into a wall
Banging your fist against it
You can’t believe it’s real
You can’t believe you won’t see that face again
You can’t believe you won’t hear that voice again
You just can’t believe it
Because a grief that marks you never leaves
What hunts you…. Will haunt you
Just when you think it let go
It returns back with teeth and claws

To the world,
I share my words.
Expressed in verses
through Rhymes & Rhythm
It bleeds my life
as I unload my burdens.

I thank those who understand,
who cares to read
and relate
to the art of expressing
Yourself.

this is a little thank you note to all my friends who reads my scribbles.

cosmo naught
"salt of salvation"
solution dissolves it.
sought something else;
sacrilegion, so-call it.
buried beneath
burning books,
sacred sheets
shroud and burrow
below born and being.

pressed between pages
like pallor-pink petals
there, stashed, surreptitious
in songs and the hymnals:
"for sweet, sweet salvation,
suppress all temptation
so thwarting damnation
on high."

I'll believe
what I see
when I die.

mads
I find that ribs aren't broken by force,
The snap comes from initial shock
Of razor sharp silence.
Churning and grinding usually occurs as time rotates past
Like the wheels of a car that you hope to god would hit you.
Eventually, you realise that your ribcage implodes due to heartache
And the hearts desire to destroy itself
Before he, or anyone else, can.
It's a funny game of Russian roulette you play with people.
That one bullet in the revolver...
That one glimpse of a "maybe";
Maybe, maybe this one will be the one to stay.
And as waves pound the shore for forgiveness
You torture yourself with the thought
Of finally letting go of solitude.
Not before the silences consume every brain pulse;
Harder to digest than constant rumbling of crowds.
I don't know what I'm feeling or if I'm feeling. If this makes sense to you then I'm glad. I'm sorry

I'm so homesick
But I'm home...
I'm not living, not alive
Just waiting to petrify.
Solidify and one day melt
Into your arms again.

You are my home
And you are so far away.
My mind is sick.

Nisey
Wind blowing through the air
Trees dancing as they sway with the rhythm of the wind
Sun glaring down on all of humanity
capturing everything in its vision

Thinking, Wondering..
What is it like to be a star in the night sky
to be seen together as one
"Stars" look at their beauty
how they belong with each other
illuminating the sky

oh what i'd do not to feel alone
no difference made when im with friends
it seems they only give me temporary happiness
there is nothing here that can fill the void

365 lonely days, 52 lonely weeks
everyday its the same ol' repetitive crap
eat, pray, sleep, think, eat, pray, sleep, think
****, its such a bore here, what I'd do to never feel alone
