Andrew Robertson
The noise is growing louder every moment.
The light is far too bright,
Yet, my mind is engulfed in darkness
As I wait for my head to explode...

A stranger has come
To share my room in the house not right in the head,
                    A girl mad as birds

Bolting the night of the door with her arm her plume.
                    Strait in the mazed bed
She deludes the heaven-proof house with entering clouds

Yet she deludes with walking the nightmarish room,
                    At large as the dead,
Or rides the imagined oceans of the male wards.

                    She has come possessed
Who admits the delusive light through the bouncing wall,
                    Possessed by the skies

She sleeps in the narrow trough yet she walks the dust
                    Yet raves at her will
On the madhouse boards worn thin by my walking tears.

And taken by light in her arms at long and dear last
                    I may without fail
Suffer the first vision that set fire to the stars.

Shave your head
Paint your face purple
And wear a zebra jumpsuit

Eat with both hands
Wink at passing strangers
And live in a secluded cabin

Join the circle of oddies
Tainted by social norm

Forgotten Dreams
Dear Random Strangers,

Your sideways glances and whispered remarks have been noticed.
What you think has no effect actually means the world.
I would like to ask you...
No...Beg you...
To please stop judging me because of the marks on my wrist,
Allow me the chance to tell you my story,
Before you put the damaged book in the trash.
I know my corners are dog-ear,
Yes some pages are ripped,
And my cover is torn and scratched.
But looks can be deceiving.

Random Stranger, I know we haven't met
But every time one person disregards me,
It becomes more easy to believe I am trash,
And it makes me want to throw myself away...

Don't let my words
             speak, 'nothing',

Because nothing
             compares to Your love,

And Your love,

                   *is all I need

Third Legacy
It  pains me to  see
You in the arms of another
To see you bear happiness
in the comfort of your lover

If I could replace every moment
with a moment to be with you
Cherishing every second
A moment sweet and true

But in sorrow, they turned to memories
So Colorless and so pale
Your photograph, my only remedy
Still, my heart becomes frail

Oh, to see you again!
Immense joy it would bring.
Renewed in every moment
To each moment I would cling

But it still pains to see you
For me knowing the fact
You're still in the arms of another
With whom you made a pact

And it pains me to know
that I am a witness
of the love that was before me
and your lover's sweet caress

i fall in love with melancholy—
it undresses my mind and ushers out words
i didn’t know i had in me

there are some things that i can only say
when i am swimming in loneliness,
but not drowning

but sometimes it’s too much;
sad songs don’t caress the wound anymore

they poke at them,
make them bleed,
worsen it

i guess they were right, after all

when you feel darkness
knocking on your door,
don’t let it in—
it is not your friend

you deserve more than this sadness.

sassy
Silence covered the wide horizon
drowning the sounds of world’s movement
Child screams all of a sudden
frightened by the raging lament

An open door burst yellow light
but it won’t lead to the heavens
The wood keeps the truth from his sight
yet reveals all invitations

His eyes so bright though so poignant
shows how much he’d love to go back
to hold his mother left behind
and uncover the casket that’s locked

His hands so small and fragile
would do anything to touch her
to feel her warmth, see her smile
and to be with her forever

He found the courage to stand
and lift his body from his cot
then there she is waving her hand
diminished all fears from his thoughts
