And when the waves retreated
The sea refused to accept them
Pushed them back out
Each time they receded

It never understood
Even when it pushed them back out
It owned them and made them
A part of itself

For one can only push away
That which is theirs
One can only disown
That which they command

Because if they actually left
A flood would ensue
The city would be destroyed
And guilt would **** the sea itself

More or less,

8,424 miles away from each other,

But I can feel him,
Just beside me,

'Cause his care,
Just enfold me tighter,
His love,
Kiss me passionately,
His loyalty,
Assured me wholly,

I am so joyful,

I love him unfeignedly!

with love <3

I knoweth I'm in love;
Whenever mine Reyna's gone, mine thought's of her never end
I knoweth I'm in love;
When mine queen start's crying, mine soul feeleth as dying death
I knoweth I'm in love;
When I goeth to sayest one word, and mine rose completeth it
I knoweth I'm in love;
Mine eye's art shut, picturing mine lass on the side of mine waist
I knoweth I'm in love;
When it's her eye's I seeketh to look into, to tasteth her taste
I knoweth im in love;
We sing to eachother, turneth on one another, Melodie's in peace
I knoweth I'm in love;
I'll waiteth a thousand, million, billion, quadrillion, forever
I knoweth I'm in love;
She maketh me smile, laugh, happy, dance, do thing's I don't do
I knoweth I'm in love;
She's inspiring, always reminding me, of an amour so true
I knoweth I'm in love;
When I breathe, tis her breathe, every second is best, with her
I knoweth I'm in love;
With her I'm in heaven, the world I do forget, chariot of celestial's
I knoweth I'm in love;
The star's rest on her back, the moon her head, the sun her lip's
I knoweth I'm in love;
She attract's me in all way's, tis she's mine night and day, light
I knoweth I'm in love;
We art one spirit, one abode, one all, one at home
I knoweth im in love;
She alway's forgiveth me, as tis, I alway's forgiveth her
I knoweth were in love;
When she sayest back, " I loveth thee most, I sayest " ME MORE".

I knoweth I'm in love..........

I shalt go to a place
A place that is of satefy;
A place of security
And warmth.

O', to this place
A place of different creed;
A place of seraph breed
This place hold's a holy birthing seed.

O', a divine place
With a tan tropical grace;
And on her face
Rest's cupid's and tincture's.

O', poise of all commandment's
Her law's not of men, logged on Asiatic tablet's;
Capricorn of milky way magnet's
Her love's glacé, in me, it's implanted.

O'er the rainbow summit
O'er the plateau cumulus;
O'er her lip's I flyeth
As I dive down into her splended spirit, and taketh a sip..........

Of her soul
And my;
It maketh me whole.....

I take out my old pen
And begin to write to you
Scribbling, pausing, wavering
Of us, and life, and time, and us.

I dip my pen in fairy dust
And write to you
A message
Of two seas meeting, and two breaths mingling,

I dip my pen in time
And write to you
A song
Of slow minutes, long hours, quick heartbeats

I dip my pen in tar
And write to you
An elegy
Of raging pasts and lingering remorse

I dip my pen in water
And write to you
A scroll full
Of doubts and worries;  headless snakes

I dip my pen in blood
And write to you
A promise
Of forever and always

I put my pen away
And sit back, sigh deep, rocking gently
I sign my words in kisses
And cross my heart to you.

i want to roam those gentle mountains
free from the clamors of city life
nothin' but the sound of cicadas
and the feelin' of a summer breeze

i have the summer time login' for yester years
childhood memories grow sweeter each year
a poem about growing up in the mountains of appalachia

Down a peaceful, quiet lane
The two-story farmhouse awaits
Bathed in evening hues
Of rich lavenders, pinks,
And dusty apricot
The lilac scented breezes blow
Whispering stories of summer
Let me dance in pastures
Of buttercups and wild daisies
Where horses graze contentedly
And Virginia bluebells sway
Where time becomes stuck
And lets me live this golden moment
Just once more

How many out there
Are always searching for love
That think it comes in a package
And when they open it up
They quickly find out
It's never enough

But what love is
that some do not know
Is a seven course meal,
best not eaten alone

But then you have some
That treat love like a jewel
Where they keep it hidden away
Thinking it might get stole
So that its everlasting beauty
The heart seldom knows

When it comes to love,
that's the way that some live
Love is a treasure,
that is well worth the dig

When love comes into bloom
Some can't see the forest for the trees
The difference between love
And the over taking of weeds
Use your heart as a trowel
And tend the soil in need

*When it comes to love,
don't give up hope and know
Love is a garden with its share of weeds
but still grows

August rolls in like a freight train
Along the tracks of the Sun line
Pulls straight into Summer's station
Unloads its heat in record time

The conductor likes the feel of this place
Thinks he could stay a month or two
Although he knows he'll soon be replaced
When September brings in its load of cool
Hard to believe I'm into the eighth month of this already project...only four to go

Memories play out flailing limbs
skin and bones reacting
Eyes down, up looking.
I cannot lie or surprise
tiny seeds grow.
Magnificent aroma in deep
across the world of Man.
Bees and butterflies short lived
die for so much less.

the taste of yesterday lies dead on my tongue
and between my teeth I bite into today
half hearted a stranger to myself, I keep breathing
the stench of decay through a straw until I see
all beauty will one day disappear from view
and I will leave a stinking corpse for others to bury

am i ee
heron taking flight
alighting atop
a log
still, lean,
long, slender

bunny hopping
across the tire's path
close,
near miss

cardinal, red
flying low
and near
brushed
with
impromptu surprise

two deer
crossing
in front of
riding me
soft
velvet covered horns

meandering
across the street
slowly
and lazily
no rush

no where to go
no where to be
living the Tao
