Never say things
to people you might regret,
because it may be
the last thing you ever say to them.

There's a peculiar kind of beauty that can only be experienced
with the innate knowledge that the moment is fleeting
and the most intense beauty can only be seen in
the presence of both light and shadows.
For it’s often in the loss of a thing
that its worth to us becomes
most precious and by
letting it go with
grace we can
best savor
its purest
delights.
Realizing
that the pain
runs so deep only
because the beauty ran
so deep and that without
it having once touched us we
wouldn't now know the emptiness
of its loss, our grief will eventually turn to
thankfulness that it ever touched us at all, and
we will be left awed by the mystery of its haunting.

Sin takes the beautiful things and twists them into pain.
An artist takes the pain and twists it back into beauty.

If you desire something from the heart,
Then the entire universe will work towards getting that thing for you.

The first,
Finding myself,
Discovering the nurture,
Realising the impatience,
Encountering the unconditional love,

The second,
Oh, the second,
Sheer bliss,
For a while,
Then,confusion,

The third,
Mastered it!,
Yeah, right,
No instruction manual,
Complexity in full swing....

Parenthood, at its best.... And worst...
This could be applied to several facets in life, I guess
The smoke hazes the setting sun
as the fire burns remains of the last crop
proffering ashes to the wind.

It's all the wind gets
as the memento of the last harvest.

On the new soil
once again there'll be tilling
and God willing
seeds waiting hope laden
will sprout into corn.

What's dead is to be reborn.
