The word escapes me
Hidden in the death and Carnage
Je veux pleuer pour Paris, Je suis Enraged
Shot Like Cattle at Slaughter, in a
Strange Night in Paris amid the Bistros
Voulez-vous etre mon amies Parisians
In the Night a Rose Cries Tears of Petals
Its Scent mingled with the smell of Gun Shells
And after all the feelings...the word escapes me

for ringing
   division bells
hearing them ring too
     soon, threatened by shadows
of random precision cast
by the
      Dark sides of the Moon,
comfortably numb
       Time maddeningly
clocking ,
   the loonies in the hall,
hey you, out there getting
   old fading smiles
easing all your pain
     show me where it hurts
my hands two balloons
now i have the fever again
so, I think can you tell
       tell if I can feel
smiles from what I might trade
       cold comfort for change
a lost soul
          a look in the eye
caught in the stutter of a cold breeze
         blowing shining
on misty reaching for a secret
You crazy ******* , naked on stage ! Contorting yourself like some sort of demonic entity with a megaphone in one hand and a mike in the other ! Rocks musical chameleon and poet .. Your lyrics were simultaneously brazen and secretive in a sense .. I feel like I understand you better with your passing more than I ever could while you were alive ...  Rest in Peace .....

A biker gang occupied some my dream space last night
years ago I was asked to join with one
I turned them down, and I knew my card was marked
they very nearly caught up with me last night.

Hear ye!
Hear ye!
Oh how I love concrete poetry!
Itching to write and sculpt and mould.
Twiddle my thumbs as I thought to myself silently.
Reckon I'd render my musings in italics and in bold!

Hear ye!
Hear ye!
30 days of concrete, wouldn't you fancy?!
These poems, they come in various shapes.
Would you consider them "poetic eye candy"?
If I fashioned poems to look like grapes!

Hear ye!
Hear ye!
Awashed with excitement!
I can't wait to share!
Fantastical, delicious and ultimately succulent!
A wonderful spread of such wordy fare!

Hear ye!
Hear ye!*
When is this... GREAT BIG AFFAIR?
On the morrow, I'll dish out the first serving!
Do tune in if you so do care...
30 days of concrete! The shape fest is beginning!
Greetings! I will be posting a concrete poem each day for the next 30 days. It's a huge undertaking and I'm really pumped up about it! Stay tuned... :)

When I asked you for the naked truth,
It was not an invitation,
To strip bald at Starbucks,
And opera sing the national anthem.

Although I’m sure the  ovation and applause was exhilarating,
And my god, I was certain you were going to fall off our table,
In fact, I now think a birthday suit should be mandatory,
For everybody when they sing the nation's song.

Never the less,
In future I will choose my clichés more carefully.
God knows what you’d have done
Had I asked you to bare your soul.
It was an unsettling first date, yet I am intrigued.
Text me if this Friday works for you.
just having fun--

grumpy thumb
In a cafe sitting quite
wondering how tired
the waitress's smile is
as she shifts a slinky pivot
around tables
a routine on autopilot.
There's a tattoo shreak of violet
on her wrist.
Last night purged brightly from regretful mists:
Sprawl of limb
hinge and ******
flesh contorts
then erupts.
I read her script
she knew my score
rebound *** nothing more...
I think.
am sure.
...aint I?

If you want to go back to when and where
The music will take you there...

Could it be magic?
Don't go breaking my heart
I've got love on my mind
You're the one that I want
I want you to want me
he told me You're every woman in the world to me
but she has Betty Davis eye's
he said Hard to say I'm sorry
that Love is a Battlefield
he thinks he is a Smooth Operator
and I told him Don't come around here no more
that You give love a bad name
and Keep your hands to yourself
Love Bites
Once bitten twice shy
You can't touch this now
I touch myself...
Deeper and Deeper
Whoot ~there it is :)
Turn the beat around
Its a Total Eclipse of the heart
Who will save your soul
I'll be missing you
From this moment on
Then the morning comes
and I think Who let the dogs out
Wow, It's been awhile
Can't fight the moonlight anymore
Bring me to life
just have to Wipe that dirt off your shoulder
Hey what's your name? Come a little closer
yeah you It's going down
my love life Its not over
One step at a time
Meet me halfway
Why don't we just dance
now I feel A little bit stronger
now there is a ******* Fire
Woo-Hoo Get your shine on
We are Drunk in Love
and it's *Worth It
This was just for fun and totally fiction. I just went to the greatest hits list for every year that I have been alive and found a song title and came up with this. There are some filler words but the song titles are Italicized.
