Power...
the power of health bureaucrats
has never been more
greatly exercised
since the advent of the
pandemic in our
daily lives

Control...
governments have taken
full control
by which they can stop
us from freely partaking
in an outside stroll

Greed...
big phrama being granted
exclusive rights
to sell millions of jabs
world wide
thereby excluding other
forms of treatment

oh yes
power control and greed
in these recent times
have become
the cardinal creed
I’ve raised the bar on expectations
I’m carving out my niche
I have so much more to learn
But some things I can teach
It’s the discovery of my wisdom
And the changes that come with age
It’s the tempering of my fire
And the suppression of my rage
My uncontrollable desire
To turn another page
In the book of life
Where nothing stays the same
And the only thing left to do
Is to welcome in the change

Said it was a hoax
Laughed at masks, refused vaccines
No sympathy here

never again this peach green tree. the pitch black earth
smiling under our nails. Never again the altercation of wood against flesh clothes kissing green flowers tangle in dye and keratin. the receptor for when a hive is found is now dormant. the hunt is no more. no more will the ants sleep in the bowl of lover's names. the howl of the leaves is silenced. silence will still be here. Oh rest assured my friend, the silence will still be here. Living things always has its way to make sure their birthmark don't die.

She reads the flaxen paper on her wall,
sees its patterns,
touches them.

They project her confusion in cold chamber light.

Stained hands,
convoluted heartbeat,
she creeps into the wall's design.

"Hysteria every time she opens her mouth," said the doctor.
"Rest will cure her."

She is nostrum,
and not permitted
to participate in her own diagnosis.

A man decides how she is allowed to perceive
and speak about the world around her.

Next time you're alone, look quickly at the wallpaper.

Look for the patterns and lines and faces on the wall.

Look, if you can, for her, visible only
out of the corner of your eye...

Prove someone wrong
chose the person
chose the exact words

prove someone wrong
run into another hamster wheel
until you have proved you are “__

make “__” your motivation. Add another layer to your persona; keep your ego fresh sautéing those words over it

jump into that wheel
do it, again
and again

and when your finally exhausted
find out that living for someone else is not as powerful
as living for your own being

proving is over. you do not need a hamster
wheel. proving is over. You powerful
when you are fulfilling your own heart. Proving ends and you begin

It's not your job to fix damaged people....!
Your responsibility to help someone will never outweigh their responsibility to help themselves.
But, it's worth asking yourself why you resonated so strongly with someone that needed "fixing" so desperately in the first place.
Often, our own toxic romantic and non-romantic attachments to tell a story about an issue we have within ourselves...!
Finally ended....!
Built on land stolen from the natives
On the back of blacks who were
stolen from their own land.

Indigenous slaughtered like the buffalo they herded
Rounded up and marched into unwanted corners
There to starve until oil was discovered
And it became time to march them again.

Blacks who were declared to be less than human
Denied the right to do anything but work.
Families that were like grapes in a cluster
Ripe for the picking off of the best ones
And no thought given to those left behind.
Premiums paid for those enceinte,
Harbingers of the two-for-one sale.

Righteous blindness is a national disease
That overlooks the broken teacups
In the mad pursuit of tea.
That cannot see the trampled flowers
In the race to make perfume
That reeks self satisfaction
At the carnage left behind
And waves the flag of liberty
At those the cause enslaved.

Self righteousness has no place in American History.

I'm back in rehab....never give up.
I just want to thank the hp community for all
the love and support...it's sunshine
in my dark night of the soul.

All my Love,
