Third Eye Candy
Nose wrinkle varmints in the snow,
twitching like whiskers
of an avalanche..
chirping moon songs
with a mouth full
of tundra

Snoots in the under stars.

where the peat moss
is on some kind of
fire.

Blue has crept into all beds,
our windows perched in
northerly winds
with our cats
lap prone
and our blankets
Normandy

Ah. the winterkins
and how very much
they know
me.
O Devi, awaken the good in all,
there's no demon, nor devil
but in our mind, our will.

Raise our spirit, O Devi,
to the mountain's height
so we can use our might
to leave narrowness and rise above,
learn to live in amity and love!
A reprise on the auspicious occasion of Durga Puja (27.09.17-30.09.17), the greatest festival of Bengal.
I wish all my poet friends at HP happiness and peace.
I remain grateful for your love and kindness.

I look at you with love and compassion...
...Like yours is the only face i want to see
You on the other hand look at me with disgust and contempt...
...Like you'd rather see any other face than mine
...what contrasting views we have!!!
Where are you Devi ?

Up in the Kailasha
in the arms of Mahadeva
snowclad silent in meditation
while down below in their settlement
humans in the belief you've come down
adorn you with flowers with their hands
and with those same hands **** own blood
rob own kin debauch mothers and sisters
crowd your place of worship with no piety
but for selfies with your image on the background
for Devi unbeknownst to even you
you're no more the Shakti
the prowess against the Evil
but a commerce, a commodity
in the hands of men of 21st century
who know to worship only money.

I am waiting for your smiles
and sitting down for your voice.
I have found your door after
the journey of miles and miles.

If you receive me this morning
I'll melt in you till the evening
I'll make you never forget me
after my loving touch today.

When you will come here and see me
I'm lying down on the front door
You'll just pull me up to adore
and you won't stop hugging me.

I wish you will be here so soon
to make my eyes wonder
I'd draw a beautiful afternoon
along with you by the blue river!

I couldn't tell my minds yet
Maybe I am not perfect,
I keep you in my little heart,
but I am a failed poet!

I have found the moonlight
on your happy face first,
I am always ready to fight
for you my sweetheart.

I would be a romantic cricket
and sing for you tonight
to make your dreams sweet,
Then you will feel me, I bet.
Enjoy reading my books!

Third Eye Candy
there is salt where the sugar flew kites that kissed a yellow sun
and that was when you loved me best and all the pomegranates
guffawed in the fog of war with little rare hats-
made of morning dew; due to some devil of a heavenly.
but it’s Different now, the way a season
snaps like a twig-
and All of a Suddenly
the Moon.

there is salt where
the  cream drew breath
from a marble
open-mouthed
kiss.

But now, there’s Just
the Opposite.

Third Eye Candy
night’s wedge is fancy
on the perimeter
of our undisclosed
location.
our opaque
salvation-
more harm than good-at
full circles.
more apt with holes
in a honey-hearted
hive of all
hearts.

with sticky wings
two skies
apart.
Mud on her cheek
she catches crab
by the narrow creek

her frame is sleek
skin saline drab
bone rickety weak.

She makes no show
tides only know
taste of her knee

her hair's knotty lock
makes the wind to talk
feel her slowly.

Why I can't tell
on the mind's sail
she stirs a song

I find her so fair
upon a moment there
then she's gone.
once again at the mangroves

In life it doesn't matter to me whether i'm moving at a slow pace or at a fast pace...as long as i'm moving..i'm good.
