impassioned fascists lash facts
together working to bash
brash young activists
envisioning a lasting planet
******, Janet
congress loves the Jews
and the blues of today
means we’ve all flown
over nests impressed
with obese flying flesh..
resting festival goers flow
over Bohemian Grove
with row boats toting
goat cheese
and if it please the court
I will bring back Bermuda Shorts
and with elegant reports  on contortionist’s
abortion risks and whisk farm fresh eggs
with Barbie Doll legs in May
under the sway of a fine cognac
Black light heart attack on the first night
after the fourth Blood Moon
bring gloom to the tomb  of the unknown
soldier, whose older brother
drank Folders crystals whilst *******
about the listless whisperers
still recklessly wishing for some
environmental recognition or maybe
a shift in the disposition
towards deep sea net fishing
and phishing scammers flooding servers
in service of the undeserving
reservationists……..
native brethren living together in
harmonious balance
with the nature around us
astounds me
and if’n we could only see
that, peacefully
we could be free….
is it only a dream to me
as if Frank and I
were going home,
together –
Cheers to us I'll say,
Even towards the obvious end.

Fashionably spelled with
Acrylic resin across my skin
As a daily reminder,
As if I would forget
Beauty's creator.

Your power of alchemy
First revealed to me
As a warped hole inside
A 6th grade English
Composition book.

The absence of friendship
Invoked your name.
You've epitomized
Loyalty ever since,
My work testifies to it.
I couldn't be any
More grateful.

Arriving at home, I saw my father sitting on the front porch, and the lawnmower in the grass:
RR: "Hi dad, how are you today?"
Dad: "Can't get the mower started!"
RR: "Dad, it's a "push-mower."
Dad: " Yea, I know."

I cannot do this
With you.
I have nothing to run from.

You dream of escape.
A way out.
New, honeyscented beginning.

I like it here.
The bees all know
My name.

As poets
we listen for the songs
of the singing trees,
There is no road map as to where to go,
Our GPS, it doesn't know,
Goggle maps hasn't gotten there yet,
The internet will tell you what it knows -
Some rehab
some restaurant
some business selling shoes.

It's not on Facebook,
My phone may be smart
but it doesn't know a thing
about the songs of the singing trees.

My Twitter account was attacked by a cat,
I swear I tried to rescue it,
But it tweeted away
as it got jumped over the fence.
The t.v. drones on and on,
HD pictures explode.

Our eyes, tho, are far away from all this,
Our voices, they long to harmonize
with the songs of the eons,
The songs of the singing trees.

You and me and Thoreau
sitting by the pond, the river, the ocean,
All day long
in this solitude we know,
Watching the light dissolve,
The moon, it rises too,
While we
together
me and you,
Thoreau too,
Listening so carefully
for the lilting epics
of
the songs of the singing trees.

(word sonnet)
all started with letter D
It's been a long time since I made my first word sonnet that was actually inspired by a fellow poets Kirti's sonnet #1
& Vi's brainchild (word sonnet) go check them out starting from letter A made by Kirti as followed by Vi's letter B. & I made the previous letter C and here you go the letter D.

I was actually stumble from my old poems so I'll probably write more word sonnets or something. It's really fun and enjoyed writing this one! :)

A month.

I am a nightingale.
Living a new beginning, on a new sky.
New days, a rainbow of hope

That one second.

And I realize that
I shouldnt be afraid of anything.
And I know I can shoo the storm away of my sky.

     The stars' twinkle,
     And the moon's beam.
     The sun shines brightly,
And the world keeps spinning round.

An eternity.

And I believe.
ps. imy. to you who is now smiling from behind the clouds. i hope you got the answers of all the things you have been questioning

mistakes are my special friends
I always welcome them to my birthday party
they have helped me so much down the years
and stuck with me, loyal through thick and thin
