Clear soft blue sky
Not a cloud not a star
See your mirror image
in the  not rippled waters
Two pale moons to  be seen
Not a breeze you can feel
Not a sound you can hear
Silence all around
Giving innerpeace to be
I look at natures flawless painting
Gods own creation
Reminds me of all the mirror images on this earth.
Look at you and see me.

The blue sky, dotted with white clouds
The sun, in its last lap of race
The slanting rays gleam in crystal glow
Their beauty to the earth they bestow

As I stand and watch this lovely evening
I experience an inner glow of a deific kind
Elegant colors flow and fade
As the sun paints a paradise before me

The river lies arched like a lunar crescent
In my ears falls the sound of lapping waves
As she winds her course through verdant banks,
She speaks a language I can hardly understand

Without pause, she moves on relentless
Eager to join the ocean’s devouring embrace
Scripting the songs of her arduous journey
And chiming her anklets in soundless rhythm

There is a divine sweetness in the air
My exhalation blends with the cool wind
That whirs softly humming a mild tune
Birds get ready for their evening symphony

The twilight smiles and sends the sun away,
Obscuring manifold vistas near and far
Night quickly spreads its dark wings
It's time to make a move, homeward....!
A real experience ...... !

Just Another Flower
The tree softly whispered to me
It wished to be free
Just like me
It wished to walk
It wished to talk
It wished to swim in the sea
It wished to be like me
I listened to its plea
And all I could do was agree
All it did was sit on my lawn
My time with the tree had gone
I got up with a yawn
For it would soon be dawn
I smiled gently at the tree
I told the tree it was very dear to me
I couldn't breathe without it
It provided oxygen for me
I wanted it to see
That it was very precious to me

Glenn Currier
I hear the wind
whipping through the freshly-leafed elm
its long sonorous undulating chord
is as light as sunbeams
as alive as the spring saps
rushing wildly up the redbud and pear
eager to burst out of their limbs
into green glory.

in light and heat, attention –

is just like sunshine.

as the tendrils of the night fog
slither around thick oak
bull frogs sing  and croak
when grey dove coo
the morning sun stretches
and fawn bed close to mother
all peckers begin their work early
with red robins following suit
today red fox trots to the river
as honey bees rouse beneath quick feet
