if you act perfectly happy for too long
a darkness will grow inside you
and will spill like blood.
regrets, screams
things you wanted to say
things you wanted to do
all the hits you took
which led to all the punches you pulled.
as your thinned heartstrings
finally snap,
you will too
and your fire will burn the world alive.
it's okay to let people see you cry
it's okay to scream and yell
it's okay to not be perfect
it's so much healthier to not be perfectly happy all the time

I don't think about it any more
I take out the trash
noting
Sticks caught in the crotch of a tree
The wind does what the wind does
breaks weaker branches down
does not care where
it leaves
them
on its invisible way

Days do what the days do
they don't count themselves
worthy as they go
to release
the afternoon
to evening—
an artless
emptying
to a low spot
where tears tend to pool
if I'd let them down

“You know,
in that low spot
out there...?”
Where it's hard to see
Where its hard to care?

They take heart
out
divide it by energy
for sadness—
I haven't got

Watched the clock go round
wipe out my little plans
with relentless hands

...and I never got dressed today

amidst the terrifying news
that oozes daily from our television
I wonder what our world is like

is there indeed nothing to report
but global warming  war  and refugees
greedy power mongers  and ****** politicians

why does the money I donate
seem not to make a difference
in suffering Africa
end global violence and exploitation
help refugees to find a home

I wish the news were more exhiliarating
and lift our souls
rather then send them
into useless desperation

Besides laying down on
the old wrinkled couch to
Rest my back while I get
Into the mind of my
Favorite authors
One thing I do enjoy
doing very much
Is to take a trip to one of
my favorite bar in town
where no alcohol is
Being served on the menu
What you’ll find there instead
Are beast running around
Lifting, squatting  jumping and
Once in a while you might
Even catch  us in the sauna
Relaxing ourselves
For sure at the gym
That’s where You’ll find
Me testing my strength
Let all the  anger out of me
Allow the beast to come out
Watch that muscle nectar
That come squirting out
Screaming let the war begin
Reps become sets
Sets become workouts
Protein shakes running
Through my veins
Beast mode got me
Soared to the core
Out of control with strength
And physical fitness
I hope the gym never goes
Out of weights for
I’m addicted to iron
Muscles so vicious
Some swear it should
Be illegal to be carry
Such Mass weight around
If that ever comes true
That’s okay because
I have My woman
At home I can always
Lift for I am unstoppable
When it comes
to the gym thing
I must admit I swear
It is a must I push
Myself to the limit
              For
Once I place my hand
on the iron bar I am
No longer in control
For the iron has become
Solely the master of
            My soul

Let’s swim with our heads above the water
but our bodies defying the currents of the sea.
Let’s care not, the wants of others
and indulge in who we want to be.

Let’s drown in ourselves
and for once, forget the needs of others.
Because it’s been too long
we’ve cowered and cried the nights,
unfound beneath the covers.

I get along
perfectly   well
w/out light;
finding u in the
dark is  all
the light I need

when i met you
you were at the hands of ghouls
a gimping coterie of Satan's
who pleasured at the torments they inflicted upon your innocents
who bound your feet
bones in a vice
making you
their Chinese fantasy
a delicate *** trinket
a manacled smooth petite beauty
in agony
bending you into twisted branches
those heartless devils,
drinking red ice cocktails
you put your heel on their throats
by craving death
that will teach them!
gloating at your fear
filling their emptiness
with your trembling
your dreams faded
into the body of a wounded kitten
has God
given us the cold shoulder?
hacked angels wings to stumps
and left the doors to hell wide
leaving your soul a torn crag flaming?
little ******* fire
screaming in the cave of self
would he weep at your alter
and kiss your scarred tissue
begging your forgiveness
lamenting his snide toys of fate
sweet cursed apples
and sly snakes
twisting raptured seductions
your life, cross and curse
a burnt offering
a blood light blinking
with no fire escape
oh
Eve
blamed by the idiots of religion
for everything
only a child
who sank her pink mouth into a serrated moon
now always weighing death
bathtub ******, red ribbon glamour
dreaming paraphilias tide
eyes a ghastly vacancy
floating like a feather
mud,
tabernacles grave
a buoyant shell
sinking
in crimson clouds
a smiling dread
what does it take
for God to redeem himself?
must we storm paradise
before he fills you
with perfumes bliss
and effulgent lights embrace pours through your soul
like lanterns rose sky?
A poem partly based on a true story of a girl in the care of a foster Mormon family

This poem is based on a true story of a dear lady friend of mine who yearns for death. Who poses dead like a strewn corpse as an expression of masochistic love and lust, photograph after phonograph. Lament is a poem about the cruelty of her childhood that transformed her into a woman with an extreme masochistic obsession, a gnawing hunger for voluptuous ****** horror and her own demise.
