Divine Minds Transcend

Staring out into the night sky the sound of thunder shakes the trees
A circle of planets hovers in the distance a starry bridge stretches out before me
I see with my third eye an alternate existence ascending me into a higher conscious reality
I see an upside-down pyramid floating over a circle of dancing monkeys

So here we go again searching for the truth
It’s deep inside the looking glass
where only few breakthrough

Do you try hard to open the eye in your mind?
The sound of cries ignite another crash landing
Emotions rise deceptive minds are bending
Does anyone know how much I suffered from this
I lived life, lost and confused then watched my fate descending

So there I was again searching for the truth
I searched inside the looking glass until I finally broke through

I fell into a strange world a world inside a dream
It was there that I found a circle of planets magically hovering
A starry bridge to an alternate existence ascending me into a higher conscious reality
I saw with my third eye an upside-down pyramid
floating over a circle
a circle of humanity

It was there I broke my ego and found the real me

Standing alone in silence, on a cliff made of diamonds,
I look down at the world and see it for what it truly is.
The sick grow weary, children starve on the street,
the rich grow mighty, the poor continue to beg at their feet.
The world leaders continue to speak, filling the pockets of the elite,
with each drop of innocent blood, our humanity grows bleak.
All alone I watch in silence, as the innocent are slaughtered;
since the beginning of time, mankind has chosen to live in darkness, where they stay mesmerized day after day.

Holding hands with a child, I look deep into her eyes,
I see a beautiful creation, I see a magnificent light.
Then we rose into the heavens and joined the legion of innocent lives.
Standing alone in silence, I watch the diamonds in the sky.

I am lost,
Only to be complete in my brokenness...
An imagination left to its fragments -
Almost methodically widdled down to dust,
My body left mindless,
My soul in shambles -
I am empty.

An uninhabited cup waiting to be filled,
A blank canvas needing paint -

Who am I to wander this world?
Who am I to love someone?
Who am I to exist?
Conformed from conversations, and endless thoughts during the morning hours.

Pendulum hours spring slow forward
seasons swaying trigger festivals
and the dancing banners
on windy streets
spell sales
for slack jawed jugglers
eager to pedal wears to the weary
under the growing sun of a dieing season.
I am a beast in the cage of these streets
one way bars holding back barbarism.
My snarling is better suited for the trees
my guttural bark out car doors at street performers
better suited for stick beaten drum circles
spinning madly under the moon.
I lap from the sewer grates like a lost dog
too proud to die their like my hero
on a post above
to me
the raven quoth, what a bore.
Only men behind electric glass have seen me
on drunken nights
I confess my heart
and dance away my soul(s)
before their iron eye.
In this city I do not sleep
my heart glides to grassy groves
when my eyes close
to lock out the bright and unending
street lights that are suspending
my cowards heart above the darkness i still fear.
I am a child
take me to where the wild things are.

You are this untouchable tower
of which I twirl my fine, unsaid words around you.
Coiled around your every curve
Fitting in all your lines,
(whispers so faint you don't know I am speaking)
Intertwined into clouds of invisible words

For you, I fell so hard
Uncountable crossing lines
In all the silver instances
Pretending you were mine.
