Nevermind
I get so dizzy when you hold my hand
Tottering like a vessel bound to foreign land
I feel the creeping along my anxious spine
Of the thoughts of us together, just you and I
We'll be so lost the world can't see
The loose ends, the worries, the oddities
You're so far away but I'll see you soon
Tip toeing delicately across the moon
We'll follow eachother endlessly
In a silent chase
'Till we find the dark side
And turn into space

it may sound
selfish
but i did
not
cut
slice
scrape
*****
myself
on each piece of
his broken heart
to watch
her
come in and smash
the gentle thing
i bled to rebuild.

I am not in pain
but I’m standing in the hard rain.
The wetness makes my feet numb
I succumb to be dumb
a foolish playfulness
hiding my crudeness
-  I roam around in happy commotion
                                 A complete illusion.
The eye of the storm will come my way, someday
I hope not too soon, but in the distant future
For I am not prepared on the messiness it harbors in its back
The harsh judgments that will pour heavily on my shoulders
Then flowing water will flood my sane world
I need my time to organize
My mental, emotional and physical stability
To stand the outburst of the tempest.

I will tell you these things about the sky
and of summer going into fall, of berries nearly gone
the mountain ash trees green, gold and changing.
The yellow waxwings that perch beneath
the heavy laden leaves, cool
amid an autumn storm.
Half the sky is impossibly grey
then further away, turning black charcoal
a place where thunder is born, booming.
The other half changes from pink, purple, blue
crashing its way into these luminous hills
meandering in sync with birds over the river
until the sun comes, igniting the clouds
on fire with red again.

wrong time

Liam
there are times you say the right things in a wrong time.
sudden quote, my life.
When I was 7
I was watching Seinfeld with my dad
I asked him where they were
And he answered
New York
The city seemed so huge

When I was 17
I had my first panic attack
I was always watching *** and the city to calm down
New York
seemed huge
and that made me feel less claustrophobic

When I was 27
I went to
New york
The expectations were high
I was so surprised
when I felt suffocated
Cause it didn't seem huge anymore

What do you do when New York feels small?

I believe in your heart
And the way it makes me feel
As if mine has grown.

I believe in your eyes
And the way they make me feel
As if I'm at home.
I'll always love you.
