A world watching a world collapsing
Its subjects frantic, its leaders as nonchalant as ever
Lifeless apparitions walk ghost- like through the mystery that surrounds
Time never heals, its parasitic preference just feeds on the time you have left

A world watching a broken world crying
The screams are ignored, the pain is recycled
Communities and cultures crash , their traditions now mythical teachings
Borders barriers, walls,  impenetrable as ever

A world watching charity consume
Its sticky little fingers stuck to the wealth of benevolence
As another dies another wallet bulges
Overpaid and overweight presides over starvation and misery

A world watching the  deconstruction of a worlds basic desire to exist in peace
The immense magnitude and diversity of intellect has only scratched the surface of a world that watches us as we make our mark , unperturbed and as always smiling the world awaits another race
You wrapped your hands around my waist and pulled me in
to contour your body around the curves
of my hips and shoulders as we danced to the pop/rap song in that overly crowded
basement. The bass from those songs were mimicking the people dancing
as it bounced off the ceiling and walls around us. Music so loud
I was having trouble hearing myself think but didn't struggle at all
when it came to catching the little somethings you whispered in my ear as we moved in unison
to the seductive melodies
echoing around us.
The dancing began to fade as the stars lit up the ground we stumbled on
as we ran out the back door of that house when we saw those red and blue lights
flickering through that tiny window that was steamed up from all the

dancing around in my bedroom getting ready for another night out
like that one six months ago when our bodies moved more as one than two.
I hadn't heard from you since we parted ways at that old oak tree
in the center of town as we were trying to stay hidden from the flashing lights
down the street. Flicking off light as I walked out the front door a shadow appeared
under the dim light from the moon. It was
you standing there in the same flannel shirt you wore that night

the stars looked just like they did at that second. I didn't want
to remember that night when your hands danced across my body
as we moved in sync across the floor.
Our eyes met and a million words were shared but only one line was said.
I'm sorry I have not yet forgotten how to find you beautiful.
In that moment, I realized why tongues were caged behind teeth. Like criminals
being trapped in the back of that cop car the night we ran away,
tongues like all vicious creatures
need to be guarded.
Dear Mom,
You are awake when everyone are sleeping.
You are working when everyone are having a break.
And yet you are standing there with the brightest smile
Without the slightest hint of tiredness
I look up to you,
I adore you,
I love you.
Dear Mom,
Can i be like you?
So strong in body and will,
So caring for others,
So dependable to your family
Dear Mom,
Once again i tell you,
I love you.
that boy hasn't been
sober for days

and i can't help but
wonder
if it was my own
selfishness that
turned him into
such a useless fray

At the end of the day
You only have yourself
Either to be strong
Or to be down to the dumps
At this time,
Nobody wants to help you
Nobody will understand you
Coz only you yourself
Had gone through
All the ****** things
And never ending *******.
Trust nobody. But trust yourself.
I cannot change the words I've said,

The acts or reacts too,

But simply put, my mouth my foot,

At all times I love you.

Back & forth the waves roll in
Challenging the beach
The foaming surf offers up a dream
That so far is out of reach

I wish I could live among the waves
Like the seal that I've just seen
Without a care for what comes next
Or for what has ever been

To swim among gigantic whales
Majestic in their song
Content with life - to carry on
Knowing they belong

To fly up high above the swell
Like the seagulls do
Playing in the clouds of spray
They all know the truth

Happiness is a gift

That we can not take for granted
In the profoundness of the ocean
Seeds of hope will now be planted

Back & forth the waves roll in
Their cycle never ends
My life continues to evolve
The sea will help me mend

Just glad
To be alive
What's really important?
I wanted to love
To be loved
But being love isn't happiness

Its all you ever are
Its the way noises
Can be joyful or sorrowful
And in that way
That the noises
Become our favorite songs

Whenever I hear this song
I think of you
I've never heard it before
Its new to me
But vaguely familiar
Its a memory I made being made
