Never expect always a favorable situation
Things move in cycle without your consent
I have heard the neighbor's fairly sad tale
When the wind worked against her bail

Our friends make a fun, mock and hate
All promises are broken without any wait
We forget goodwill and best lessons taught
Mind changes, Our fortunes must be wrought

Ignorance causes us to forget paradise
How we used to admire her and appreciate
Perfect as a flower is your sweet godly face
Your presence lifts us as gravity keeps a pace

Now all is gone like spring finished sprinkle
The beautiful girl changed in old lady wrinkle

An old metal box locked away
A treasure chest if you may
Containing fragments of your childhood
A china doll, broken
Photographs stained with age
The thunderstorm struck, you told me it would
That cursed the hours of your days

I awoke this morning
And in my veins flowed a longing sensation
My lungs tried to inhale as much air as they could
I paced up and down the pale hallway
That echoed with your golden memories
Your laughter danced up and through the window
Your tears rained down throughout the cities light show

All that was left was;
An old metal box, locked away
A treasure chest if you may
Containing fragments of your childhood

As I think about the distance,
I start to crave your brilliance.
I dream to see you for an instant.
Without thinking of you my words have no sentence,
And I question my existence.

When I look at the sky,
I think about the time.
If talking to you is a crime, l am willing to do the time.
How fast will it fly?
How much will I try?
Your voice is like a drug
Only made to get me high.

Why are you so unique?
How are you so complete?
You're someone I cannot critique,
As you always bring me relief.

To you, I can write a song
About how your heart's so big
And how my soul you rigged,
How our hearts just clicked.
Unlike my future profession,
Your care  I do not question,
Yes you are the person.
A short poem to someone very special

If her smiles didn't made you crazy all day,
You're not in love with her

If it only hurts you when you see her cry,
You're not in love with her

If her tears didn't made you feel like you want to **** yourself,
You're not in love with her

If her eyes doesn't made you stutter and forget what you'll say next,
You're not in love with her

If her laugh doesn't sent butterflies in your stomach,
You're not in love with her

If in your eyes she's only pretty when she's naked,
You're not in love with her

So if she asks you if you love her,
Never say you do

You're in love with the idea of loving her
Not with her
I'm not questioning the feelings of a person.  Love her and not her body

I can't promise many things
A country house
Wedding rings

I can't promise all that much
To love you forever
Or to bring you stuff

I can't promise you the sky
Or to be your friend
Or to never lie

I can't promise you'll be the first
To hear my doubts
Or heal your hurt

I can't promise I'll always be there
To give you comfort
Or secrets to share

I can't promise I'm not a mess
But I can promise I'll do my best.
I can't promise to fix all of your problems, but I can promise you that you won't have to face them alone.

Nostrils fill with wood smoke,
   a mountain spewing lies

Fifty miles up the trail,
  its legend waves goodbye

Lost Dutchman in my memory,
  the map no longer clear

While buried deep inside the truth
  —its treasure calling dear
