I'm not very important
I'm easy to forget
Like that pain in your heart
That goes numb and then black

Don't remember me
I'm just a passing shadow
Like a solar eclipse
I'm destined for the gallows

I fly away
To find my home
I slash my wrists
And lose my hope

Wish I could fly
Above the sky
Not every poem
Has got to rhyme
