Something definitive
About a name.
My things
don’t have a beginning
Or an end
I am merely passing by
Trying not too look to closely
At what I see.
I will return someday,
Wiser,
Eyes open,
And I will be more brave,
Not some slave to myself.
Or to you or to the world.

The tides of life keep
coming around and I sit
on the shoreline
with my toes in the water,
eyes shaded from the sun
as I contemplate
something, everything
and nothing,
telling myself to breathe,
Woman, breathe..

Be that good red wine
that Gods dine upon,
be mellow and mature
Beguiling and demure
Acceptably unsure and yet
so able to endure
what is, for what it is.

Be you. The best You.
And remember
to make it it real.
Observe.
No more time
to make believe.
Reflect. Breathe.
Act.
Consciously.

These  tides will do
what tides must,
wash away the old,
bring in the new,
chipping away
until we break through.

Loud’s a form of silence
That speaks,
Especially when you’re listening.
Mud and blood on your ankles
Stand up keep up
Keep on keeping on
Return to the river, strong,
Like tides on high, striding by
With your head held up to the sky
Yours ears cocked and listening
To the sounds of silence
To the sound of that inaudible sigh
That escapes from under your breath

Let’s have some tea

Just be
For awhile with Silence
Return to ourselves
Be free
To be real again
Not scared to feel again
And willing
To heal, again.

i watch the night skies
light up
with the colors of you
