Chantell Wild Mar 2019
His incandescence
touched her
The very essence of him
Was hot and cold
And confusing
Quintessentially
Absolutely unnecessary
Yet seeming oh so very
Necessary
Chantell Wild Mar 2019
Embrace yourself
in your own cocoon
if you must,
Vent yourself
And howl
at the moon's cusp
Cry me tears
That wash you clean
Make peace
with things
You may have seen
Sit for awhile,
come have some tea
Share your thoughts
And dreams with me
I will listen
Will give you my time
And when you leave
You'll be just fine
Chantell Wild Mar 2019
Love yourself.
The best piece of advice
Anyone ever gave me
The best piece of cake
I ever ate.

See
Little birds in a cage
Little words in my head
Set them free
Let them be
Or you'll find them all dead
To live is to learn
To swim is to burn
Love and let be
That the blind they might see.

Reading books,
Reading words,
Some thoughts
Are totally absurd
To make poetry
Out of pain
and story out of glory
Of moments in time
With no reason, no rhyme
Just life, sublime..
Somebody's point of view
Nothing old, nothing new,
Just another *** of stew.
....

How dare I be afraid
Of you not being Here
One day you will not Be
Maybe it's Me that
won't  be here
I do beg forgiveness
I could have maybe
Done better by you
But let it be known
That I loved you
That Ill write my last poem
In my own time
Sing my Swan song
In my own time.
Chantell Wild Feb 2019
Do you know me?
I know you.
Do I know me?
You know you.
Come let us talk.
Friends?
Let me love you.
Grass bending
It's knees in your wake
I am here.
I will not wait
for you to see me.
But I am here,
Biding my time.
I wait for no reason
Nor rhyme.
