My heart is torn
Torn in two
Your love you swore
You swore was true

How do I choose
What can I do?
There's too much to lose
And I won't lose you

Now where do I go?
Where can I go from here?
My feelings I can't let show
My feelings I so... Fear...
I originally started writing this as a song but oh well
Once again
You are conscious
Another flow of memories
Is bursting through your veins
Like painful ache of piercing knives
Awful flawlessness, overflowing perfection
Corrupting your bloodstream with agony;
Why is there blood on your hands?
Blood-soaked sleeves of your sweater
Blazing on your pale skin with crimson glow
Like redempted lovers in a land
Where death has already conquered
I cannot hear your breath
Restful beating of your heart freezes
Yet I will sheed no tears over your frigid body
My wretched ***** lover
You loathsome empty egoist
Who left me here on my own
I will not mourn your death
For it killed who I was
Or ever will be

Architecturally a fraud
A patchwork of resilience
And stern indefatigability.
Claustrophobically trapped in a physical body
On which it’s subservient
Its Achilles heel is its
Perception of circumstance.
We were like flowers in a field
Beautiful, curious and naive
Thinking our love was a one of a kind
Darling
We should have known better
We were only powerless creatures
Who believed everything
The wind whispered
We undressed each other
With the every piece
Of clothing we removed
We plucked a petal
Loves me
Loves me not
I guess we ran out of petals
I've stayed awake all night
All that's changed is the light.
I'm still me, you're still you
Together, two people who've changed
yet remained the same.
Like a photograph caught forever in time.
The beat of our hearts mark seasons and milestones.
Our pulse is the ticking of the clock.
I've stayed awake to watch if sleep brings change,
It does, it brings the dawn.
