Have you ever tasted death?

Tastes a bit like love

Doesnt it

?

I believed a life of solitude would suit me
and mostly it has suited me a treat
but when my tongue is bitten raw
in the company of others
I feel so ******* lonely
I could weep
.
can't-sleep-remix

I thought a life of solitude would fit me
and on my soul it fit me like a glove
until one day a poet introduced me
to the magic and the madness of my love.

Her star shines so bright around me
That I can’t believe my eyes
I wrote this poem about Her
She's the drug that gets me high

When shivers shake my body
And my heart begins to fail
She comes to me quite swiftly
Releasing me from hell

Stars cannot outshine her
Her love will never cease
I'll worship her to the bitter end
And observe her sacred creed...
Goddess worship has been the most fulfilling
and satisfying stage of my spiritual evolution.
My life has never been so on track.
My goddess has many names, similar to Hindu ideology.

I'm so sorry that I keep pushing you away.
My chest tightens at the thought of being in love.
I've been hurt so many **** times that it physically makes me sick to think about falling for someone again.
God, you mean so much to me, but I have no idea how to show it.
I'm scared.
Terrified for that matter.
I don't want to get hurt, but I don't want to lose you.
You make me happy, but I can't show you.
You make me feel again, but I won't tell you.
Because of you, I genuinely smile, but I won't let you see.
I just want to crawl under my covers and pretend I don't exist.
I don't want to fall for you.

I want you to
run your fingers
through my soul
and learn things
about me that
even I myself
don't know about.
