Bitter imagination
I know the wheels on Mendicino avenue
The saint of the rose
Where she goes alone
Only hours behind where the sun goes to set
Grown so tired
And each irrelevant question
Interminable problem
Becomes a fear hard-cast in stone
And even the weightless
Is too heavy to bear
Life is a battle
The world spins rounds of ammunition
The man pains to bring peace
To that city far west of the place I stand

There are no flowers in the desert
Only fruitless land
Barren, dry
And beautiful
If imagination imagined me
the way I imagine it might
would the imagining of
imagination
imagine me filled with light?
Imagine that.

Regret all you want
You'll always remember and
I'll never forget

Perhaps my hands didn't ever know where
My body ended and your fingertips began
But your secrets, I know their boundaries well
And mine - well, they were never mine to tell.
A flower in the midst of winter
You blossomed in my desolate heart
Just when I thought my winter had ended
And spring was about to come

You faded away

I want to
saturate my tongue
in your taste
while you
wrap your legs
around my waist
and we both race
to keep pace
with each other
moving together
back and forth
making you wet
like a rain
in stormy weather
our bodies
ingrained like we were
made for each other

The day you let me go,
felt like I took off into space

Alone,
With nothing left but memories and unaware of whats out there..

& now
you fuel
The rest
of my
Journey
Forever
Into the depth of time.
My love.
Forever
