Winters
It knocks a little louder every night
And every night my heart longs to answer
But I know that I must win this fight
And ignore all its tactics

But deep down inside I know
That it will accept me as I am
But I know that if i do go
I will never come back to that spot

So from this moment forward until I die
There is one thing that I have to do
The one thing that I have to decide
Is will I answer the door tonight

Day
I belong to the day
Thank God.

Many prowl the dark-
lost to their scewed appetites

but for the grace of God
go I.
Here's my tapestry,
Small family tree,
Grey threads sorority,
Don't say fat, tee hee,
Three sissies, so cuddly.
Time for tiddles, or coffee,
Beyond Ma's death by cakes.
We're ever young, tea slakes,
Seventy now, baby sis,
We antiques bridge, kiss,
Fun times family,
How's your tapestry?
Feedback welcome

If I could count the reasons I loved you.….

….Then I never truly loved you at all.

When I lost myself
In a sandscape of low drive.
Burnt out like a fallen leaf
In the storm!

~Indifferent~

Lizard king appeared in my dream
In the form of a whirlwind.

Alright, c’mon, arise!~~
~
Young clothes to age
dissolve & drift beyond the quiet grave
I may not know I may not know
The door with no unlocking key.

yet still Reality persists
A stream that ebbs & flows
Where Time & Truth collide
& I a wisp upon its shore.

I wished that I were He
Or
She were You  instead
But Time a fickle Artisan
Had other Hands  to Thread
Dear love,

In this moment,
our steps feel familiar,
like we’ve danced here before.

Words feel familiar,
like we’ve sung them before.

The air feels familiar,
like we’ve breathed it before.

My dearest,
your lips feel familiar,
like we’ve kissed before,
in another time,
another life.

Tell me, love,
do you feel it too?
Or am I alone
in this déjà vu?
Déjà vu — a mesmerizing whisper of familiarity....
:)
