I often wonder if you actually exist,
are you real or simply a matrix glitch.
A fragment in my data stream,
a figment of some creative theme. Across the worlds beyond the seas,  the matrix offers all of these possibilities..
If you’re real how can it be proven?    Perhaps my imagination conjured what you’re doing,
where you are, where you’ve been,   I could have easily created you way down within..
So please let me know for sure,
that there’s more than AI’s out there..

Everything is the way
it’s supposed to be
at this junction of the game.
It feels as if you know this truth

I don’t get lonely, solitude is my best friend. I do like to visit every now and then.
I don’t behave the way I use to, just to be one of the gang.
I don’t need a “that a boy!” I’m no longer looking for my status quo of fame.

I make low inflammation choices.
At the dinner table and at the snack bar, I keep my back straight when I’m driving in cars. I stop drinking after a couple glasses of wine, I rarely breach my usual bed time.
Inflammation is waiting for me to leave my path, an ache in my guts, a pain in my ***.
Growing old takes a well laid plan. We are not gods, we are merely humans!

The appeal of unlimited information is an exciting treasure hunt. I eat politics for breakfast, quantum physics for lunch.

Life is only hard when you’re way to soft, I wasn’t put here to spend my leisure play golf.

So much energy is spent attempting to explain the nature of depression.
Anxiety and anger can negatively affect family members. The outcome is a dysfunctional relationship.
We can’t thrive tiptoeing around these problems.

The solution is simple.
You are what you eat. An intermittent fasting diet consisting of only meat, dairy and vegetables.
Long walks, leave your device behind.
I guarantee you, your depression will go away within weeks and never return, when you change your lifestyle.

We are but extensions of our higher selves, we are whole parts of the whole. The fractals of god expand throughout collective consciousness.

On this cold summer morning, I pull my extra cover over my hairless aging legs. The moon seems to be going through some strange end times faze.

Remember, we can disagree about things and still agree about a lot of other things.

Palestinian prisoners locked up long before the Oct 7 when the genocide begin.
Men, women and children in their prisons with no path to freedom.
Not to mention the open air prison that the Israeli’s kept the Palestine society trapped in for the past 50 years called Gaza. Committing human rights violation against the indigenous people of the land.

The biggest percentage of all the people that were **** on Oct 7th, were killed by Israeli’s killing their own people because they were ordered to follow the Hannibal directive.

Last year in Israel, their high court decided that **** and torture in their prisons, being committed by the Israel army was no longer illegal. Most of their society did not want these prison guards to get in trouble for torturing and ****** the Palestinian prisoners.
