Sprung
When you stand,
stand on solid ground
When you run,
place your feet with care.
But when you dance,
step out on the sprung floor
and tread the air.
I wasnt ready for my first experience of a sprung floor - no one warned me of the magic.

black record
black lungs coughing up
a remedy of an old

and bring tears to the eyes.

Gullfoss
phobic sky
orphic sea
malleable beings
exposed to the atmosphere
can we finally be surfacing?
aliferous dreamscape
living, breathing
particles and waves
sediments that the glacial ice
has carved off the earth
to build their erosion timeline
a memory of us together
collecting stones
touching hands
filigree and shadow metanoia
in the sanctuary where we feel safe
can we finally be surfacing?

Deterioration
It's not the blue that I once knew
It has turned a misty grey.
Macular degeneration
or so they say,
but
it is still not the blue that I knew
only yesterday.
