Safira Azizah
people say you die twice.
once, when you stop breathing
twice, when someone says your name
for the last time.

I fall in love with a poet,
and she never stop carving
each letters of my name
Ink seeps from veins and arteries
she pours the warmth of my blood
drawing a line between real and fake

shamelessly, to remember
her name is encapsulated
in eternity, through her words

Edmund black
She
refuses
To reside
Inside
anyone’s
Solace
Especially
her own
She’s a
rare rose
With
the thorns
Still attached
She walks
a fine line
Somewhere
Along the line
Between pain
And fine wine
She always
found the time
And
Courage
To shine
You, yes You.... you have the strength of ten men , although not always easy ..... You keep standing for the win... You’re indeed a rare rose,  at times..... unaware!

Curled up on a too-small sofa
       Misery oozes from every pore
The fan, a giant spider on the ceiling
Dimly seen in the pre-dawn darkness
Less dark than the shadows in my soul.

Another day of nothing happy
        Loiters just behind the sunrise
Daring me to find a way
To build a life from broken rubble

Wrote this a month ago when I was in a dark place. I'm better now.
