Not all depressed cut,
Not all sad shed tears,
Not all strong fight,
Not all monsters roar,
Not all young are innocent.
Some just work harder to maintain a mask.
We are here,
And you have reason to fear,
We are the best liars,
We can manipulate the greatest con artist without batting an eyelash.
Watch out we are coming.
This is a dark and serious p poem but that didn't change the fact that In was tempted to put "and we're queer" instead of " And you have reason to fear" ****

the laughter rang out
and shot beneath my skin
white hot fire
feeling full
a laugh of pain and fear
shocked by fingers between
barely touching
feeling full

Hecate
perfect human imperfections
the gentle roll of a teardrop
down a sun-beaten cheek
falling from eyes of incomprehensible depth
ocean eyes

endless moments in time
snippets of absolute joy and content
small eternities of a life that's been lived

sleepless nights
early morning hours
of peace
of solitude
a mind, a silent fortress

deep breaths on cold days
stinging lungs
seeping warmth from a hot drink

the slow spread of a smile
the result of a scandalous idea

a wisp of smoke from a house-chimney
conjuring images of a cosy, loving family

all the little things
the little bits of beauty
are what to live for

Did you know you sound blue
That I feel yellow when you laugh
That your small hums make the air orange

Did you know your handwriting is pastel
And the way you run your hands through your hair is aqua marine
And the way you walk is every shade of neon

Did you know that when you fidget I see sparks of silver
And your smile is scarlet red
And that when you look at me
I feel violet in my finger tips

Did you know that you are the number 7
Or that I smell amber when I read your name
Or that I can't call you just one,
Because every colour comes to mind
Whenever I think of you

Love me
cause I'm your ragdoll
Kiss me
cause I'm yours and you can
Hug me
cause I'm your comfort at night
Touch me
and hold my hand

Play with me
cause I'm your toy
Hold me tight
cause I'm your weapon of choice
Sing through me
cause I'm your voice
Dance with me
cause I'm your midnight joy

Cut my throat
cause YOU'RE the reason
Stab my heart
cause YOU'RE the anger
Burn my eyes
cause YOUR blood soaks the gauze
Sign my skin
cause I'm your paper

The gayness inside of me was
was exploding into a heavy
spinning rise in the autumn
blue sky, marching trees
and leaves gyrating in the
cityscape, groovy pumping
beats filling the air, as huge
partygoers came hip hopping
on the scene.  There was a
spark of passion in the horizon,
a sizzling flame intensifying
within this masterpiece, while
shirtless guys boogied and
swayed their hips to the
electrifying sounds of gay
pride.  The accelerating
adrenaline amplifying
inside their astonishing
craftwork.  The smooth
flow of waving hands
and deep dropping thighs
and ankles cruising various
dimensions.  The rhythm of
bouncing shoulders and arms
lost in the wind, as I danced
and danced upon this glorious
wave.  I'm in love with this
magical place, the vibrant
beauty blowing in sight,
the laughter and happiness
swirling through the exhilarating
crowd.

maybe
the sun won't rise
and the moon will stay my friend
maybe
the grass won't grow
and the flowers will never bloom
maybe
the rain will never stop
and the seas will overflow and connect to the lakes
that also question
maybe
the animals will show their furry faces
stick out their pink tongues
maybe
the sky won't fall on our heads
and make us forget all we know
maybe
maybe we'll remember
our homes
our families
our loves
maybe, maybe
maybe
maybe i'll remember you
