Caught by chance upon a tree
Now a jewel for all to see
Trapped in a moment for evermore
That's how Amber creates a jewel

Like a first glance for eternity
The unsuspecting didn't see
Was simply passing on their way
Didn't mean for them to stay

But once touched by all that Amber is
Your whole life changes in a flash
For you there is no turning back

A drop of liquid gold
She has you in fateful hold
For you can never be the same
Trapped inside till your last breath
And you haven't realised it yet

Her golden warmth like liquid love
Surrounds you as you feel its touch
By now it's far to late
For Amber now has sealed your fate

You cannot resist
You cannot move
It's over now
At least for you
A play upon words between a Sap, Jusrassic Park and Amber
Read into it what you will
There is a little something of all of us trapped by another.

I think my words simply became orphans
Much as I imagined they would be adopted or fostered in anothers mind, they simply driffted without patronage into the ether.
It never starts that way does it? I mean we comment on something or pass compliment not always knowing who reads or hears.
Nor do we expect in any great measure that our daily mumblings will be life changing.
Yet sometimes, after great thought or torn emotions, we let go to a few words we expect will make the ground shake beneath a soul.
Or close doors behind them we no longer want open.
Then sometimes they pass together.
Words so powerful and yet devastatingly silent.
I loved you, goodbye
Something I've kicked about for a while.

They say say it with flowers
Or shout "I Love You" in German to scare them.
Actions speak, words don't!
A drunken text means they miss you.
Is there a guide to this ****?
Because there needs to be!!

Drinking *** doesn't make you a pirate
Or dressing like a buffoon
The only harties you have
Are the ones you pay or groom
Three in a bed is a nursery rhyme
Not something for every night
But put on that shirt and grab your pistol
Or in your case a guitar
And strut about like bootstrap Bill
Wooing with your charm
But charm like sunlight fades into dark night
When there is no substance and *** and "Coke" are rife
I looked up too you talent
You really did some good
But maybe you're a pirate after all
Leaving a wake of *****
Satire

People of Facebook
(The Boxing day lament)

People loving people, be they here or gone.
People missing people, as they never came home.
People moving on, they had enough or said goodbye.
People determined to change, they can't take anymore lies.
People recovering be it from illness or ale.
People who look after them, for love or for pay.
People who are lost, yet seem to have it all.
People with nothing, yet shared all they could.
People who moan here, as no one listens at home.
People frustrated, people adrift.
People in love, but no way to fix it.
People who aren't yet as no one is near them.
People divorced playing Christmas child chess.
People alone in a house full of people.
People just happy, they lasted the year.
People worried it's the last Christmas they'll see.
People who shout "Bah humbug" but don't mean it at all.
People who holiday to avoid it all, the memories and troubles that the season recalls.
People who just take the dog for a walk.
People with faith who praise Jesus's name.
People who ask is he a character in a game?
People who are pagan enjoying light nights again.
People oh people this is all that there is, no practice no replay no second chance at it.
So try to see people as they really are and I hope you find happiness wherever you are.

Love to all you lovely people and I hope you get what you desire x

The days shorten and the air is crisp
The sky is clear the stars shine

All that is in the dark is all that is in the light
You do not fear the dark
You fear the lack of light, the not knowing what is there, is the misnomer.
For all that the light shows you,
goes nowhere in its absence.
Creatures of the night do not come forth and steal all that is there, that is the work of your senses.
For when the light goes and the dark is left, the brain substitutes reason for imagination.
So it is in fact yourself you fear
Not the darkness
So why do you fear yourself...
