Carry me with your arms
Let our body swing on air
I will shout the words I Love You
Oh, how much I really care

Read my lips, don't hesitate
My words are just for you
Hear my songs, oh, hear them
Sing it with your heart, too

Stretch your arms and let it be
My softest pillow on this night
Your warm kiss on my forehead
It's the time to turn off the light

Kiss my lips, hug me tight
Embrace me with your words
Let me lean on your shoulders
Until we hear the evening birds

Touch my head, let me sleep
Then sing me a lullaby
I want to see you even in dreams
Of love without an alibi

Wake me up with morning kiss
And smell of coffee that you made
Oh, you always give the sweetest date
With our love that doesn't fade.
I want to make a Valentine poem, but since any day could be a Hearts Day, I have made this one.

"Give me your hand," I asked her
So she gave her hand to me
I handled it with care and love
As I put the band to my wife-to- be

"Lend me your ears," I told her
So she stopped saying a word
She listened carefully to what I say
She never showed she's tired or bored

For hours she leaned on my shoulder
While we talk about our fate
She pressed my nose and said "I love you"
Oh, with her, I enjoyed the date

"Give me your heart," she said to me
"Oh, sorry, I can't give a heart
For you're already holding it for a year
It's already yours from the start."

"Then give me your name," she said to me
But I smiled and teased her more
"I won't give it to you without a seal
So it will be yours forevermore!"

The day before was so perfect
He’s always there just to protect
He sang her song, painted her face
He left her with such tender trace

She smiled at him, she admired more
All his good traits deep to the core
She dreamed to hold, to hug, to chase
He left her with such  tender trace

The day they danced in that grand ball
She never thought that she would fall
Unto his arms, to his embrace
He left her with such tender trace

And from the day that he was gone
She cried from evening up to dawn
She missed more of their fine, sweet mace
He left her with such tender trace

But moment would come to renew
The pledge and dream would still come true
There in her heart, there is a place
He left her with such tender trace.
A Kyrielle poem

We are two travelers on the same road
You are walking ahead of me
But I can see you there
I want to follow you
I hope you stop for a while
Look back and see me
And wait for me
So we can walk together
Walking with someone makes the journey comfortable.

When I was lying on the ground
Feeling I was too weak to stand
There you came with an open hand.

When I was there crying in vain
And what I felt was only pain
Only your words had kept me sane.

When I was hiding in the dark
And my presence just left no mark
You reminded me I'm a lark.

When I was there to keep my song
Hide them safe where they belong
You came to prove me I was wrong.

That's when I thought that I am weak
When only pain's the one that stick
And when I hid like I'm so sick.

You're the true light that guides me through
My path's now clear because of you
Now I can show what I can do.
you are...

She was ***** and abused
Told her story to her lawyer
But recalling the scene in her mind
Couldn't make her feel better

She had a depression after
Feeling that she's *****
Afraid that when everyone knows it
She will be called bad and ugly

Who will listen or believe me?
They will think the fault was mine
If I did not show myself to him
Perhaps he won't be tempted to cross the line

Her lawyer really wants to fight
But she started keeping quiet
Why not?  The man who ***** her
Has now the stage finally set

Many victims like her in this world
End with a hopeless decision
Fearing life would be different
Just a pessimist's intuition
Based on the movie "Biktima" (Victim).

I sit on the ground
Waiting for your call
To hear your voice once more

Holding my bouquet
My tears are ready to fall
I start counting one to four

Do you still remember
You promised me yesterday
You will never leave me here

I won't ever forget
Your words that light my day
To God we'll solemnly swear

Yet, I remain waiting
I know someday you'll be here
So I won't be alone anymore

I can wait forever
Until I see you, my dear
One day, when I open the door.
The promise

There's a woman seeing much trouble
but she's always grateful of this life

She could be living in miseries and pain
but she never forgets to smile

She knows that life is a **** duplex
yes, she believes in life's duality

The yin and yang, the bad and good, black or  white
she could be sad or happy

But such reality of life, one cannot change
but understand and accept

For if she will live with objections
would it give her peace and won't regret?

Oh human, the war within oneself
must be treated with care so you'll understand

That life's gift after winning a battle
is best enjoyed when you don't always demand.
Within oneself...

If only I could open my chest
And let you gaze upon it
Perhaps you could read
The only word written
On the walls of my heart-*
   *it's your name
Feeling sweet <3

Why I always have this feeling when I enter this room
I smell the scent of cologne which is not from yours or mine
How about the color of curtains, it's not my favorite
And there's an extra empty glass beside your glass of wine

I feel like I am no longer welcome when I enter your room
I don't see the smile on your face like what I saw before
The music that you play is no longer my favorite one
Everything I see and feel reminds me that you care no more
Inspired by the title of a movie about an unusual love triangle (a man,  a gay and a woman).

This life is a recondite transit
Where our paths might be unknown
We would stop  at varied crossroads
When confused at those strange zones

The sky each day may differ
There could be sun,  there could be rain
It could be blue or could be orange
But on the next pace,  it could be grey

And if ever the times get harsh
That we might stumble and fall
Just remember we're not alone
In going through tight bouts at all

Life is a creek of promises
Springing from heavens above
The rain of life will flow on us
We should welcome the gift of love

But like a battlefield we know
What we purport is to survive
In this platform of test and ventures
After each fall,  we must revive

Life is survival of the fittest
The world is a precarious place
Don't be that weak who cannot soar
Be like an eagle, conquer the space.
For  the  "TEN WORDS I GIVE" CONTEST where I have to use the following words in  poem:
STOP
ORANGE
GREY
STUMBLE
CREEK
HEAVENS
BATTLEFIELD
PLATFORM
WEAK
EAGLE

I can't sleep so tight tonight
All I see and think is you
My mind's making a dream
A dream for me and you

This love I have is true
One day you'll find it right
There's no reason but love
Together we'll see the light

So come and take me now
Just trust that we can do
This love will show you how
To make our dream come true.
The day shall come...

The time-
   their worst enemy
How could they keep on talking
While they cannot hear each other?
The space-
seems cooperative, but not to them
It goes with time
So they always feel this way
He is near but far
But oftentimes far but near
They have to thank the hearts
For keeping them beside each other
Waiting is what they always do
Time is naughty
Space is silly
Near but far
Far but near
They will wait for their right time
They will wait for this space to become narrow
Until they find each other
In each others' arm

It is not easy to swim in the sea
I have to go with the waves
But find something to hold on

It is not easy to fly in the sky
I have to go with the wind
But still need to care for my wings

It is not easy to just follow with the flow
I have to listen and then I have to feel
I have to see like I have to consider

It is not easy to be a human
I want to be good
But it is not just about me

Life is like that
We cannot hold all what we want
But the truth is we were given what we need

Life is learning
To live what we need to be
And not always the way we want it to be

Life is a continuous study
An unending way of learning
For to live is to learn who we are
And who we should be...
Learning still...
God helps. Love guides.

To love is to sacrifice
   Think of one's welfare
   Endure pain
Be a part of one's life
   Share with one's tears

To love
      means
             to forget yourself...
Scribbling in this busy moment. Final demo and interview tomorrow. Help me, God.

It is easy to love a poet
Give her that smile that she'll never forget
Just send her  a word or a line
And everyday will be just so fine

Show her your photo, good or not
Anyway she loves you a lot
Everything from you is for keeps
Like sweetness of your kiss on her tender lips

Touch her softly, that she never expects
Kiss her forehead as sign of respect
She feels wonderful when you are around
A simple hello is a lovely sound

Give her a time to tell her stories
Make her feel that she's really missed
She just deserves a hug and a smile
After being away for a while

Let her lean on your chest and shoulders
Let her feel that you are all hers
When she waits for a shooting star to fall
You know what's her wish afterall

She always sits on your lap,  doesn't she?
Like a baby girl she ought to be
When she press your nose, fell proud
She only wants you to laugh so loud

Hold her waist and carry her
Swing your bodies into the air
When she tickles and teases you endlessly
She do it with love for your eyes to see

Oh,  it is easy to love a poet
A kind of love you will never forget
Her heart is pure,  tender and mild
Yet she loves so much, carefree and wild...

It is easy to love when you are ready to love.

You came like a breeze
Surprising
Exciting
Uncontrollable
And I was amazed
By your touch
So comforting
Caring
Loving

I surrendered to you
Undressed myself
Then embraced you

At first it was warm
The kiss
The hug
The touch

Then suddenly
You became cold
Freezing as ice
That almost everything in me
Became numb

And as I close my eyes
I feel you leaving
Like the wind
You just passed by

So I opened my chest
And take my heart
While you are moving away

I tossed it to you
Hoping that you will feel
How I want you to take care of it

But you just looked at it
With a cold stare
And continued leaving

I tossed my heart at the wind
Now it is broken
And I don't know
When it will be healed.
For the cold-hearted...
Dhaye Margaux Mar 2016
You are not weak;
You just have to find out your strengths
When you feel the failure all the time,
Just do your best and surrender the rest to God
Always think positive and try to see the best in you

You are not ugly;
You just need to smile to enhance the beauty in you
Always do the good things for you but consider the welfare of others
For beauty is not just skin-deep but coming from the heart

You are loved;
Yes, don't say nobody loves you
That child who smiles when he sees you,
Jesus whom you cannot see, but always loves you
And I, the only one who will not stop loving you

I love you!
This is me, yourself.
Loving oneself is not selfishness. It is the greatest love of all.

To the moon...

That witnesses my tears on gloomy nights
And hears my cries on hopeless fights
When it feels my weak and shivering arms
When it sees my fears from possible harms

To the moon...

That makes me see in the midst of the dark
And shines on me and leaves a mark
When it gives me strength and helps me stand
Like I'm not alone in this cruel land

To the moon...

I thank you so much for the light you give
It means so much, like a gift I receive
Your shining beams that make the world to see
The courage, the strength, and the beauty in me!
Moonlight...shining bright

To you,

I  am sorry for being weak
In my faith
Though I always say
I always believe

To myself,

I am sorry for dreaming too much
For not knowing your destiny
For asking God what He wants for you
For floating all the time
And sometimes you feel
You are so tired
And only wanted peace...

Thank you for both of you for not giving up!
There is reason not to give up

Give me a river of tears
But I will still love
I will always believe
I will still dream
Our dreams
This is me
This is my heart
This is how I love

I am finding my way back home
To the only One who truly loves me
I'm searching traces of my footprints left
I'm coming, Father, wait for me

My hands are ***** and full of mud
But you said that Your water will be enough
To clean my hands, even my soul
In Your place there's nothing tough

So I'm finding traces of my soul
The moment I hear nothing but Your call...
Lead me...

He's playing tricks once more
A magician-
He never failed to make
A riddle in a day

While I continue my quest...
Oh, how I love to solve puzzles!

Lay on the grass
Stare at the sky
The night is a blanket
Full of mystery
Like love
Like you

Gaze at me
I twinkle
Upon you
I am the last
Shining stellar

I just need two, my own way
When I say I love, it's okay

No matter what happens
I am still the same person
Standing on the ground
Though I have learnt to fly

I know when to use my wings
While I love my feet
Yesterday,  today and tomorrow

When she carries so much loads
And she cries for help and prayers
When she sees nothing but darkness
Only one shows that he really cares

When the ghosts keep on coming back
And she only hides in a shaded side
When she hears nothing but the blames
Only one can comfort her and guide

When the day is starting to break
And she is trying to fix her life
When she needs a place to stay
Under his wings, she feels no strife
Only One can do magic in someone's world.

You kissed me passionately like you just want me to remember it each day
We danced gracefully with the solemnity of the bright night sky
We made a vow under the blue moon with tears in our eyes...

Life is a journey
but I don't want to walk alone

I need you in my life
I cannot stand *on my own

So my love, no matter what
Remember the words I say

I will always be with you
I'll never walk away

Everything has an end
but not my love for you

Your love is always my light
And you never make me blue
couplets for my love

You are her favorite ,  her  no.1 poet
She is  your avid fan, your no. 1 admirer
But where are you now, are you hiding
From the one who promised to care forever?
He and she

I know this may happen
I know nothing stays forever
And everything has an end
Like the song
Like a story
Like your love...

I hear those sounds again...
Those children playing under the rain
With you, calling my name,
The angel's song,
The bestfriend's whisper,
The lover's kiss,
The husband's promise,

I hear them all again
From the box of gifts I am keeping

Different voices
From one heart...
Listening to "Walking in the Rain With The One I Love" and other recordings
Dhaye Margaux Mar 2015
Sitting near the window
Looking for a shadow
Or to another shooting star
So she can make a wish once more...
Where are the shooting stars?
Dhaye Margaux May 2014
She sat there alone
Under his table
Like a puppy waiting
For a piece of bone

She always ask herself-
   Should  she stop waiting
       Or should she continue believing?

Now she's here sitting
From a distance,  waiting
That he will take a look
At the small souvenir she left
Under his table
Before she walk away...
There's something under his table...
Dhaye Margaux Jun 2015
I am with you always
In heart and mind
I always think of you
Especially now-
Who are you with?
What are you doing?
How do you feel?
It's the same feeling
While I am waiting for the day
That I can answer those questions
By merely looking at you
While you are resting by my side
I wish...
Dhaye Margaux Aug 2014
You don't miss me, do you?
Maybe you don't
'Cause if you do
I  can see you now
Hear your voice
Hug you
Kiss you
Sit on your lap
Cuddle me like  a baby
For you said I am your baby girl

Where are you?
You know I missed you so much
I love you no matter what
I was waiting yesterday
I am waiting now
And I will still be waiting
For you to come home...
Home is where we are together...
Dhaye Margaux May 2018
I was wondering why
I can't get out of my door
I thought I was locked
And I couldn't get closer to you
I was looking at you from my window
A perfect soul I have ever seen
One more try and I have found out the truth
I was not locked
But it was you who was inside a cage
The walls around you
Set the boundaries
Of how far my eyes can look
Upon your soul.
Limits...
Dhaye Margaux Apr 2018
I know you have fought a million wars
Made a million tries to reach the stars

But you see, a fight would always mean
Any of which either you lose or win

You cannot always get what you aim
Everything changes and won't be the
same

But the goodness of your soul will stay
Though you choose to take complicated ways

So stand up and fight the good fight, my dear
Love yourself and conquer all your fears!
Cheer up and fight the good fight, sweet slowrocker!
Dhaye Margaux Feb 2015
You take me away
From thirst
Every drop
Is life

I need you forever
You are my water
That keeps me alive

Your love-
My life
Love <3

Were you a friend when someone called
She was so helpless, felt so cold?
Were you beside her when she's afraid
Never insulted her, never betrayed?

Were you a friend when someone asked
She was so afraid to see the past
Did you tell her to be calm and have peace
For your  love, my dear, will never cease?

Were you a friend when someone cried
Was a thoughtful and caring guide?
When I was blind and cannot see
Did you come there to be with me?

When I needed your help to set me free
Were you there as a true friend to me?
Questions...
Dhaye Margaux May 2014
Oh, man you are so wise, you’re always right;
You always speak the truth and what is right.

You taught me your culture, I have to blend,
I’m scared but tried to live for what is right.

You sang the oldest songs I hate to hear,
My ears are wanting bad for what is right.

You pulled me and asked me to dance with you,
You knew that music’s off, it is not right.

You held me close to you, I have no chance,
To see, to hear, to speak for what is right…
Ghazal
A Ghazal is a poem that is made up like an odd numbered chain of couplets, where each couplet is an independent poem. It should be natural to put a comma at the end of the first line. The Ghazal has a refrain of one to three words that repeat, and an inline rhyme that preceedes the refrain. Lines 1 and 2, then every second line, has this refrain and inline rhyme, and the last couplet should refer to the authors pen-name... The rhyming scheme is AA bA cA dA eA etc.
Dhaye Margaux Mar 2015
They say everything has an end
They say nothing lasts forever
Yet my heart says there is no end
When it is true,  love will last forever

They say everything comes then will fade
They say nothing will last eternally
Yet my heart whispers how we're made
I am for you and you are for me
Forever
Dhaye Margaux Oct 2015
When I die, please give me a Daisy
You know it's my fave, please don't be lazy

When I die, please sing me a song
Sing it while my body is being buried to where it should belong

When I die, please look at me again
You can write a poem about me with your favorite pen

When I die, please read an old poem for me
Or you can make an artwork that only my soul can see

You can do everything, my love, everything you will
When I die, do it for me with your love as the strongest seal.
When it happens...
This was written the time I was so sad...
Dhaye Margaux Jan 2015
There might be darkness along the way
Never give up, never surrender
Just remember it is okay
It won't be totally dark forever

Life has both sides of dark and light
Always look on that bright side
When it's dark, learn to fight
God is there to help and guide.
It's not forever dark...
Dhaye Margaux Jun 2015
I was once hurt
When someone
Has bitten me on the back

I once cried and pout
When a man
Has cheated me, full-packed

I was once on the ground
Stood and fought
Started moving on

I once pulled myself
Though it's hard
That I'll be happy, someday, soon

Now, I am standing
Here I walk
Trying to use my feet

Going to my destiny
Hold joy forever
With happiness that I shall meet

This is what you need
To have faith, not fear
Someday you will see

When love hurts much
Stop, live, move on
Throw the memories, set it free!
For the broken-hearted ones...

You might fail a thousand times
But you can always stand and walk
Move on from things that made you cry
From those that block and mock

You are young and carefree, I know
You sing and dance, you play your game
I see your smile, I hear you laugh
Do not lose your hope and flame

Today might not be your time, my dear
But just move on, hold on to fight
Always keep the light to get your prize
Somehow, someday when the time is right
For my son...I love you. I am always here to support you.
Dhaye Margaux Aug 2014
Why do we cry?
Why are we hurt?
Why do we fail?
Why do we stumble?
Why do we love?

When we love, we cry
When we love, we are hurt
When we love, we also fail
When we love, we stumble
When we love, we ask questions
Again and again
But still we love
Why do I cry again?
