My dad is a hero
He works so hard
      Just for us
He looks so busy all the
         Time
He comes back home
        İn the evening
Never forgetting my toys
        In this fuss
My brother and i love him
                To nuts
In the Lord's garden
Where the sunlight shines
And a little flower will bloom
A lovely purple colour
With petals so bright
A perfect little joyful sight and
Bringing smiles to all and
Little purple flower
Of beauty found in darkest hour
A symbol of enduring power.
Purple Flower

Maddy
Always been a female Charlie Brown and Linus with Marcie thrown in for good measure
There are Lucys in my life, but they still scare me
Been a victim and now a survivor with flashbacks
Don't go there, please
Loner but not lonely
Having to accept that things change won't dare come for an answer
Sometimes, I'm too kind and good for my own good
Harder for teachers to learn lessons
Yet, they do
Moving on to the right direction and journey
Nearing Gravitas

Zahra
Its skin streaked
with rain and soil,
bows beneath
just a few drops
of water
grateful for even
that small sip.
Its stem,
a little bent,
its face
still golden.
And in that
gesture,
I saw the
grace of
needing little
   but receiving fully.
The joker
in the deck
The jester
holding court
The witness
at my trial
The voice
— of time itself
