The smells of frankincense and myrrh made holy the air...
As white flames with smoke veiled the deity...
The one priest with folded hands and bowed head...
Offered his obeisance to the one he had always thought of as his own... his one Lord God!

Far away in an unknown land...
Another man was counting the beads of his rosary...
Singing hymns in praise of the One...
His protector and nourisher... His one Almighty God!

Yet when night took over the day...And the two men prepared for slumber...
The universal One sang the same cosmic lullaby:
"My children under one roof...!"
We may belong to diverse nationalities and cultures... worship the One in various forms... And yet we stand United under one roof, under the equal eyes of that One universal intelligence! Thank you so much for reading this and for all your love and support! ❤❤

Storm
Im no fan of streets
Its a crowded place to go
People trap in two parallel lines
All figuring out where to go

Most of them knows where
But Im new here
How do you walk alone?
In a valley of crowded people

Still searching for you
Maybe just the thought of you
I thought I can walk Cornelia street even without you. Wow it's been 6 months already

She is strong
But beneath that divine skin
lies a scarred and broken soul
who learnt how to get up
every time it falls!

She is strong
But behind that beautiful smile
hides a broken girl
who learnt how to fight
all the pain out!

Months ago:

Me: I'm sad
My soul: It's just a phase for it shall pass.

Now:

Me: I'm happy today
My soul: Its just a phase for it shall pass

There's so much to say
Yet so less to speak
Hundreds of things to scribble about
Yet not a drop of ink blotting the white sheets.

The scars of her soul, the pain in her teary eyes
So much to express, honey
Yet she hides it all
Behind that charismatic smile!

“She’s so beautiful!”
That’s what they said
But did they know the truth,
of that miserable broot
That of the hidden me,
that of her artificial beauty.

  “She’s so sweet!”
   That’s what they said
   But they even hear,
   her heart’s sorrow and fear
   That of her hidden heart,
   that of her gifted art.

“She’s so great!”
That what they said
But did they know her greatness,
of that creature full of loneliness
That of the hidden trust,
that of her heart full of mistrust.
I stood there looking at her artificial beauty, while she gave me the same old fake smile.

You well up my eyes,
then you stream down my face
so this is why I need time;
this is why I need space.
There's no relief. Why do I still see you in my dreams?
