All those years of teaching
Now quiet in the days

The Wind Cries Mary
More than Purple Haze

But I do like purple
Rain and Rothko hues

Hey get rhythm
When I get the Blues

California State Fair
Huey Lewis and the News

                Life.
             We lose.

From birth
I was given immortality
Never able to die, unless defied
By traumatic injury, to my earthly form

It gets lonely, staying so long
I've discovered lands, traveled across seas
But when it goes indefinitely
Achievements go from celebratory
To mandatory

All things have an end
I only wish
That I could have one.

It's not in your head
They are making fun of you
Have you seen yourself
I have to say, that this was a complete joke. I don't make fun of people, and this is not something I would ever say. It was simply a test. Only a test. I didn't think anyone would like it, but then again, I didn't think anyone would like American Idol. I don't have my finger on the correct pulse necessarily. Regardless, thanks to anyone who liked it.

Some love is rhinestones.
Some love, veneer.
Some love is false, simply words that you hear.
But love beyond life is surely the kind,
that hopeful hearts search for and souls want to find.

the cheer of lemon petals
radiates from cerise centers
and floats on summer breezes
that carry meadowlark melodies;
music written by the soul of nature
for the open hearts that hear her love

Easy to love
Forever in my heart
She is Italy for me
Luckily have met her sister cities
Until we meet again

Blades of grass add up
Planes and pastures stretch for miles
Giraffes graze the sky
Daily haiku challenge
The wind strikes from the sea.
There is a cold from our side.
Windows come to the north.

We want to overcome the distance,
to jump out on sails.
The big blue is opening for us.

We fall down pale with the breeze under our shirts.
Time was working against our will.
Slowly

we are landing
in this big jump out from overworking.
The seagulls are laughing at us with yellow beaks.
