A love shining so bright
An echo of support in the dark of night
A hand holding me tight

Who was there when I cried,
Who was there when I'd fears inside,
Who held me when I was a child,
Who always smiled,
Passing a hopeful vibe to the lonely child

Was there anyone else or my Mom?
Is there any love so bright other than Mom?
Is there a loving spark, other than Mom?
Is there a hope so bright other than Mom?
Is there a wipe of tears other than Mom?
Is there a lap better than of Mom?
On this special day
To brighten their way
Of the helpers, helping everyday

I write to speak, I speak to write
Treating them fair, is their right

We all are one
Beneath the shining sun
We can’t let each other burn

They do their duty
We should do ours
Shouldn’t judge by beauty
But the hand that works hard

Let’s make a promise this very day
Treating them fair, giving them rights
A chance to speak, a reason for smiles,
Making everyday special as Labour Day!
A call to humanity
On the rise of climate's calamity
I am the last and lost green tree
I was a friend of thee.

But you cut my friends down
And then on weather you always frown

I am that last green being.
My dark trunk weeps
When I lose my leaves,
I am that last green being
Without me you'll be trapped in heat unbound
Plant me more, and live safe and sound
Cut me not, your last friend, or you'll be drowned
Written for the competition on Earth day held at my school of creative writing, I got second position on it.

We see what you've never seen
We go through from where you've never been

Are we a different race?
Or are you different from human race?

You know we've never seen,
The sky with it's enchanting scene
We've never felt a day serene
We've never seen the river flow
We've never seen the stars glow
We've never seen our children grow

Broken glass is like the trust
We trusted you, but you caused it to rust

A positive vibe, or an uplifting song
A way to say what's right or wrong
A point where soul of the heart and heart of the soul belong

Poetry, a message or call
Description of the nature, like a tree standing tall
It has the power to say it all!

I am from where deadly and chaotic
vibes arise
I know many would think I just spill lies
But believe me, I'm empty inside
I was a child, which now I’m not
I know what you don’t
What I suffer is all your fault

If I was to speak
My words would have reached the peak
But hey! You know what my silence hides?
Unfulfilled dreams, wounds so deep
A heart, a soul, a faith that shines
A wish to smile, peace I seek
A hope to live in the sacred shrines

My faith shines bright
In the depth of darkest night
As a diamond it glows,
As the red blood it flows

I'm empty inside
In darkness with pain I abide
No help from you
Even if you aren't a few

Help from Allah is near
Till then I won't shed a tear

I see the world in a way
It shouldn't have been
I see it in the way
Which only some would've seen

I see through deep eyes
By which I've seen what you never saw
You've deceived us by spilling lies
You turned away, leaving us painful and raw

I never felt the sense of home and embrace of love
I never saw flowers bloom
I've always seen smoke in the blue sky above
I never saw end of this infinite doom

And now I say
You knew our way
But you didn't ever say
"My Ummat is in need."
Their wounds have forever bleed
I've to go, to wipe their tears
And ease their fears"

But instead you went away
Leaving me alone, parting the way
Without caring you went away

I've no hope left in you
We won't leave our land in which we grew
No matter what, we'll reach our destiny
The "Eternal peace", leaving this dreadful symphony
