Seek the voice of the wind
that blows so silent,

between the song
of the soaring gull.

Seek the quiet
between your breaths,

and you shall find me
unseen but skimming the lull.
Lack of knowledge is a cage
A trap that's set for fool or sage
You think you know?
You've set the stage
The door slams shut at any age
The bars are stubbornness
The lock is rage
Irony... The wars we wage?
Are due to THINKING .
Turn the page...

A mind that questions you'll agree.
Opens doors... Will finally. See
The BRAIN is BLIND... How can that be?
It is the HEART which turns the key!

Maes
Chaos walked into my life
Threatening me with a knife
I had no choice but to fight
To take control, and make it right.

Little did I know that I wasn't in control
That something else was controlling my soul
My enemy has changed into something I lust
To be thin, I must

My enemy is the number on the scale
As he is ruling and I am in jail
I am conflicted about its reign
Cause we have the same goal and the same name
So my life has been messed up lately. I am recovering from a psychotic manic episode which resulted in a bunch of bad consequences. I tried to ignore my feelings a long time because I wanted to win this fight. I realized I have been struggling with something else. I'm having eating disorder behaviors (behaviors, not a disorder itself) and I can't stop because I really want to lose weight. I can't tell anyone and feel trapped. So yea, messed up indeed. At least it inspired a poem.
your words sound good but do you really mean them?
you act unruffled to hoes,
but i swear its like you need them.
you love the thought of me alone but you won't ever leave them.

funny, you said you want me..
& tho i kept it real you found it hard to trust me.
& now you frontin' other girls thinking that its gon' hurt me.
but what happens if i hurt you?
i have careless ways that can hurt too.
i have things that i can do that can make you revert to
who you are afraid of becoming again.
i told you you were bluffing, we were better as friends.
but you still went so far out of your way to pretend.

saw straight through your lies,
why you lied?
claim that you were different.
but you're the same as any guy,
any guy that lies,
just another ***** in disguise.
conceal my cries.
cause i won't shed a tear for you.
hope them hoes be there for you,
hope they love & care for you.

you so shady & you swear that you a real *****,
let me jab at your ego,
you aint **** lets keep it real *****.
i was the only real you knew,
bet you regret playing games
like i regret falling for you.

You will never read this
You will never know
About the late night poems
About the places I go

I will delete my history
I will use a fake name
I will bury my feelings
I will bury my shame

I cannot tell you how
I became this way
I know only the fear that compels me
The fear I obey

And I know I am broken
But I still have every part
I have a brain
And I have a heart

And I know I love you
Although that, I will never say
And I might never make up for
All the gratitude I fail to convey

So I will write it in a poem
One that you will never see
Then I will hide my love away
Then I will set you free
pretty crystals shone atop the stream
they so transfixed an observing eye
as the sun did reflect down its beam

was like being caught in a dream
beautiful shimmers of light seen to ply
pretty crystals shone atop the stream

jewels of nature above the water's ream
exhibiting such a captivating dye
as the sun did reflect down its beam

how lovely this bedazzling team
glistening with a bewitching spry
pretty crystals shone atop the stream

the play across the surface of a leam
which drew a mirroring focal spy
as the sun did reflect down its beam

to partake of an engaging gleam
bought wonder unto a viewer's nye
pretty crystals shone atop the stream
as the sun reflected down its beam
Listen more often
To the earth, rocks and grass
The roots of trees that go deep inside
And whisper of the past

Listen to the clouds rumble
Thunder and heave a sigh
As they speak to birds of creation
That pirouette in the sky

Listen to the whispers of seashells
The verses of waves in rhyme
That carry the songs of sailors
And hum the melodies of time

Listen more often
To the roses and the wind
Listen to the rain and rainbow
Listen to the soul of things
I crave for things unknown;
Tell me your story, I see your soul.
Once upon your tragedy or possibly your dreams,
Find me gazing intently at your given everything.
The intimacy of conversation;
Exchange these words with me.
Sit beside my person as we explore the galaxy.
Perhaps then I could learn from you,
Perhaps then teach you being new.
Would you mind getting lost with me
Where our hearts connected too?

I've lived forever in eternity,
I wish to know all to be known,
Time begets sincerity,
Sate my curiosity so.
Emotional connectedness and bonding over sharing souls with another human, though perhaps also a bit of loneliness.
