As I traverse this world full of darkness and pain
my heart doesn't know what to do and how to navigate this life
Traveling each day as waves crash against my ship blowing me off course
Towards a place I've never been but following a star for hope

As I follow the north star hoping to lead me in the right direction
I'm lead to a place of solitude and pain.
loneliness and darkness has consumed my ship
the sea dark as the abyss about to consume me and my ship

but as I lose hope the boat is sinking into the darkness consuming everything
I look up for the last time as I think of everything in my life
The kingdom and in all her beauty shining on me casting a light towards the sky
As I follow my savior ... I knew then I was the traveler, and  I was called to be back to the kingdom.

What is life?

Many question this
Many question everything
everything in life
but not what is it that makes life so beautiful

May these forests
Snowy weather
smell of spring, autumn, fall 
and the cold of December nights
