i see them everyday
and i hate them
the way they smile
the way they laugh
i hate their face
every blemish
their body
every part
their arms
every scar
just hate the way they are
the way they look back at me
like i want to see them
the way they hide
i hate the person that I see
and the person who's inside
but what i especially hate
is that person is me

Hands on hands,
legs entangled,
blushed cheeks,
soft touches,
crinkled noses
and secret smiles.
Perfectly falling for u.
Let’s hope I can catch myself

The scrimshaw of the air, the long whales-tooth of sunlight
Etched with seafarer’s care and his great wantonness for the sea,
A kiss as light as the bottlenose dolphin cresting from the water,
Then night undressed and falling down like sliding beads of watery stars
From the wet coriaceous porpoise skin and a tail of silver fire.
Coriaceous here means leather-like and rubbery

Late night texts
Sleepy eyes
Small smiles
Butterflies

Stolen moments
Held inside
Beating heart
Stupefied

~

Left alone
Tear filled eyes
Chapped lips
Scarred thighs

Empty promises
Cast aside
Broken heart
Terrified

Sofie
pretty girl,
beware,
the boys are out to get you
they'll take away your flower
they want what's only yours

pretty girl,
blossom slowly,
stay in your cocoon for now
for summer can only last so long
and soon it will be over

He stands on the edge
his arms spread out like wings,
his eyes shut to the murky water
swirling angrily below him.

He takes a step forward,
walking on thin air,
before gravity brings reality.

He falls as if in slow motion,
his heart leaping out to touch
the water before his body does.

He sinks like a stone,
his heart heavy with the
years of sadness and pain
weighing him down

Yet a week later ,
when they finally brought him up,
where his cheeks were waterlogged and swollen,
was the ever so hint of a smile
